The room, staff and breakfast were very good. Short walk to some good eating venues too.

The Airport shuttle left a bit to be desired. When we arrived at the airport, they weren't answering any calls. We waited over an hour before giving up and paying for a cab. When we got to the hotel, they said they had a power outage. Evidence in the room confirmed this.. The next day we took the shuttle back to the airport to catch public transport into Toronto. All good. Then when we called to be picked up in the afternoon it took about an hour. This time they answered the phone, but it took two calls. A fellow passenger on that shuttle said he had been waiting 2 hours, and they didn't answer all of his calls (he said he tried to call 7 times)..

The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Breakfast was well laid out, eating area was ample, and food variety was nice. Coffee was great. They have an area where you can purchase food. We arrived very late and bought noodle bowls, not what we would have chosen if there was something else, but we were grateful to have something to eat. Our room was very nice, but cold.

We arrived to a very cold room and it wasn't easy to adjust the temperature. The bathroom had some work done, but it was either incomplete or not done properly. The towel bar fell at one point.

Great business hotel. staff were friendly. Room was clean. My daughter loved breakfast. It is not a resort hotel, so things are simple. (And price reflect that) But that is what we were looking for. Nothing fancy but comfortable

They have a small snack station in the hotel. Mostly selling chips and chocolates, and bottled drinks. Would have been great if they can added bit of “non-snack” items in there. Such as yogurt cups and packed (like the ones offered at breakfast)

The hotel is good, everyone was nice with us but I need to recognize Vita the housekeeper she is nice and her attitude with all the people was awesome. Breakfast was good , and the room had everything as shown in the pictures.

Please note that the hotel is 30 min away from downtown Toronto without traffic, on a few occasions took us 1 hour to get back to the hotel, so your ride will cost around $40 cad each way if you didn't rent a car. I thought it was closer but not too close.

Support from front desk, breakfast and shuttle to and from the airport. Coffee is great!

Very very cold in the lobby!! I would like to see sliding glass doors and or French doors to close off the entrance lobby where you sit in the lounge or dining area room at the entrance. I would like to see some food served when you come in after 6PM or after 11:00PM as there is no restaurants after 11 pm near by Maybe snack packs with crackers, cheese, fruit

Only complaint would be the shuttle driver in the morning to the airport. When we got to the van he was on FaceTime with friends/family. We loaded up our luggage and got in and were waiting. We asked if there was anyone else we were waiting for and he seemed put out that he had to get off of his call. When we got the airport he pulled over and we got everything out and left. The driver the evening before was excellent! Not that we aren’t capable of loading and unloading our luggage just a little help would’ve been appreciated. We tipped the driver the evening before as he was very helpful.

the bathroom was super clean AND JUST A SHOWER - thank you thank you thank you - I am afraid of falling in a bath/shower. And lots of nice towels but not excessive

NO lights for the table and all of the 2nd part of the room. This was awful - couldn't see my food, couldnt read anything not on my computer, tripped over things because they were lost in the dark, couldn't read a book in bed. The beds are really complicated to get in to, particularly if you want to read in bed.

The gentleman who checked us in quite late at night/early in the morning was not in a good mood. He never smiled once. We had an overly pushy cab driver who took us to the airport (as we arrived after the last shuttle) and there was a little bit of mis-0communication with the cab driver and that spilled over in to us checking in. The check in man was not happy at all.

The hotel is good nice room and clean i come here when I'm visiting mississauga coz I fell comfortable specially staff they good specially jade She welcomes you with a smile that makes you feel welcome at any time. I guarantee you a pleasant stay with a delicious breakfast and an excellent location close to the Arabic restaurants that I love. Thank you all.

The room was very clean and comfortable and felt good to be in. And the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The internet went out the next morning and it was going to take hours for the fix. This was due to the weather, however, I need reliable internet for work so I had to leave earlier than planned, which was a bit inconvenient.
