- We had a room with two queen size beds and the room was big and comfortable. The sofa in the room also could turn into another extra bed. - The room had a kitchenette which was a nice feature. - The gym wasn't too small and had enough equipment for basic workout - The complementary breakfast: I really enjoyed the assortments of nut and dry fruit for oatmeal porridge. - There was a soy milk option for coffee. I was very happy to see non-dairy option was provided. - Nice courtyard with tables and chairs. Propane BBQ for hotel guests to use to cook meals. - 15 minutes drive from Toronto airport

- I didn't have anything really bad to say. This is more like a wishlist, They had tea/coffee at the lobby 24/7 for guests. I wish they left the soy milk out. They took it away after the breakfast hour. It would be even better if they also had not only normal yoghurt, but also lactose free or non dairy yoghurt at the breakfast.

This spot is good for the value I took my family there for the Victoria holiday, and they loved it. The pool and rooms were clean with the exercise room right next door. It's a full continental breakfast, but quite a line for the waffle maker, they should probably use two instead of one. The staff were diverse and kind. It's closer the highway so getting across the city wasn't bad at all. I would go back again. Oh yes and there is free ample parking on site.

The toilet seat needs to be changed in room 230 during to wear and tear.

Location

The safe in the room is on a shelf in a cabinet in the main room. The shelf is on rollers and you have to pull it toward you to open. The first time I used it didn't stop moving and fell to the floor. Maintenance came to the room and placed it back on the rollers. A ceiling light was burned out. There was a double wall switch to an over head light that you had to push both switches to turn off and on. Nothing major but but strange.

This place was top value! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, nice breakfast area with a complimentary breakfast, nice warm indoor pool. We had a room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed so it was perfect for me and my husband and two kids. There's a business park nearby with a lot of restaurants as well.

Pool ran out of towels pretty quickly, but that's a very very minor complaint. I feel like they could rearrange the breakfast area slightly so that people don't need to be reaching over the people in the buffet line up just to get a fork or napkin. Anyway, there was no major issue and everything went very well indeed.

The property is well situated both to the airport and local convention centers. The building itself is attractive and well appointed. The building is clean and airy with plenty of places to have intimate conversations or just to enjoy. The guest rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. We were delighted.

Pool area was attractive and well stocked with towels. However, there were some areas where a buildup of mould was evident.

Location is perfect , I have numerous medical appointments and this is very close to all amendments. Rooms are nice the only complaint was the fan for the heater made a loud noise even when it wasn’t operating. The wind blew it all night long and disturbed my companions sleep

More clarity in the website description...I wouldn't have enquired about parking, if it was clear in the first place. Also felt that the price was atleast $30 to $40 more per day...since a lot of rooms were vacant, plus there are so many other establishments nearby

Very nice spacious room. Cleaning every second day of the week. The yard is beautiful and very peaceful. Breakfast was OK

Breakfast did seem to function well over weekend when there was more guests. They couldn't refill fast enough or didn't refill at all.

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. The room ambience and arrangement are superb. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Parking space is wide and easily available. The location is very convenient with easy access to airport most attractions.

We stayed with our family for only one night. Overall, we liked the hotel, but we didn't have time to enjoy the pool. A room with a spacious bed, equipped with everything you need. Full breakfast. Very friendly staff.

The elevator seemed to need a little modernization.
