This place was top value! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, nice breakfast area with a complimentary breakfast, nice warm indoor pool. We had a room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed so it was perfect for me and my husband and two kids. There's a business park nearby with a lot of restaurants as well.

Pool ran out of towels pretty quickly, but that's a very very minor complaint. I feel like they could rearrange the breakfast area slightly so that people don't need to be reaching over the people in the buffet line up just to get a fork or napkin. Anyway, there was no major issue and everything went very well indeed.

Location is perfect , I have numerous medical appointments and this is very close to all amendments. Rooms are nice the only complaint was the fan for the heater made a loud noise even when it wasn’t operating. The wind blew it all night long and disturbed my companions sleep

The initial greeting from staff Maylene(sp?) was superb. First impressions are everything, especially when working in customer service. Great customer service says a lot about a person; and being greeted, feeling welcomed, having a swift check-in process, by Maylene, and (another young lady) as it was our first time visiting, indeed exceeded my/our expectations. Keep up the great work. From observation, from the initial greeting from staff at the time of arrival to the hardworking kitchen cook's/staff, even during or in a challenge, they continued to persevere with a smile and excellence. The company should be proud. The room setup was great. There was just enough room for my family and I.

Though the hotel doesn't seem dated, there were some areas of the room(s) that could use some TLC and be addressed. Though we'd been accommodated during our stay to a new room, the bathroom, fridge, and kitchen items weren't clean. Which made being comfortable a bit difficult. However, we made it work.

Love the one bedroom king suite. It’s will be my go to room for the next time. Love that the bedroom has its own space separate from the kitchen and living room . Love that there’s a stove and an ice tray in the freezer so I don’t have to walk down the hall to go get ice. The bathroom is really nice and roomy.

I´m European- continental European. Therefore my breakfast rating is not objective. For american standart the breakfast was quit good- the personal at breakfast desk really good- they ve done it very well

The breakfast was terrible, the eggs were watery and gross . The sausage looked and tasted terrible as well , need to be fried . Next time I will try the waffles I guess

Staff and room were amazing. The room is so spacious and have a great layout. Would 100% stay here again.

You could hear the toilet and shower running from the above floor. Also, the toilet in our room was quite loud and ran for a long time.

We often stay here Christmas night because it's conveniently located near family. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped and price is reasonable.

Staff had a bit of difficulty keeping breakfast items refilled because it was busy, but they were making an effort.

Very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast had a good variety and pleasant staff. The hotel is large but well-maintained. The nightly rate is higher than I like but everything in Toronto is expensive. All in all, good value. The free parking is a real bonus. Most hotels around the airport charge daily fees for parking.

The staff were friendly, superb, attentive and knowledgeable. Breakfast was hot and tasty. The room was clean and well stacked with whatever I needed.

There was nothing I did not like. Everything was to my liking. It was my best stay in Toronto in a while.
