Welcoming reception staff, 24/7 reception desk, daily breakfast with good varieties, 24/7 free coffee at the reception, regular cleaning, good housekeeping, well decorated suite with plenty of storage space. There is a launderette with coin-operated machines with affordable pricing and there is a stock cupboard with food and essential stuff which you can buy anytime and include in the hotel bill. There is a free shuttle to the airport. Overall, this hotel is built with customers comfort and daily needs in mind. I can't fault this place and would highly recommend it.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and I was happy with everything. The breakfast was great everyday and the staff was kind and friendly.

The price was a little high. The most I've paid per night before but I'm assuming it was due to the location. The pool was smaller than we hoped as well.

Communication and shuttle requests were good. Sofia at Front Desk on check in was very helpful and friendly. She printed our boarding passes as the printer in the Business Centre was broken. Our Suite was very nice, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom products we very nice with a good and gentle fragrance. We did not make it down for breakfast as it ended earlier than we expected but that was not a big problem. Both our shuttle drivers were wonderful and friendly.

One elevator was out of service when we arrived and as that coincided with afternoon buffet the area was very busy and a little overwhelming. The elevator was repaired by the next morning.

The other guests. There was a group of guests living at the property who made walking through the lobby a little uncomfortable for a family. Not a big problem but the loitering after midnight was a bit odd with young children every night.

The location is only 15 mints from airport by drive. They have parking available free of cost. The hotel has gym, laundry and swimming pool. Breakfast was an average.

We booked room for 4 adult and they gave us only 1 king size bed and sofa bed. It was difficult to manage for 4 persons. Hotel provide cleaning services every 2nd day. On 2nd day we requested for cleaning service and i personally requested with supervisor but when we returned the room was not cleaned which was little disappointed.

The staff was very kind, respectful, welcoming and sweet. The room was bigger than I expected, we were extremely happy with it. It had everything we needed and more!

Be ready to pay more than priced. Our stay was supposed to be around $480 and we ended up paying more than $750.

Great to have living room and kitchen. Location is perfect close to the airport.

It’s close to a busy road, so you can hear some traffic noise. I didn’t like the bathroom was inside the bedroom and not in the living room, but it’s personal.

Rooms needed to be cleaner. We found hair in our bathroom upon entry to the room, water spots on the mirror, and dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor. They are minor issues, and will not make it break out decision to stay here again, just little details that need to be taken care of.

The staff ensured that our stay was a great experience. We had a situation where we were told a different time for breakfast but we ended up coming down late and breakfast was close. The staff ensured that we were still accommodated and they served each of us breakfast and made sure we had everything we needed!

Apparantly my girlfriend got woken up at 2am to loud music from another room.. No big deal. I slept soundly.
