Room was very clean, nicely pressed fresh sheets and very comfy bed. Staff extremely helpful when I discovered I was missing correct charger for mobile phone. The only reason for not awarding top marks was that the air conditioning unit was rather noisy. It was necessary to use it as it was in thirties outdoors and on ground floor so stayed warm all night. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel for cleanliness, staff helpfulness and proximity to airport. Airport shuttle to airport was very convenient too.

We like the convenience of the location of the hotel as well as the shuttle bus driver. He is an amazing person and full of knowledge. We enjoy the restaurant in the hotel.

This stay was great but the restaurant was experiencing a problem with no heat. Not a good time to have no hear in the month of December. They did have heaters but not enough to really warm up the place. It’s hard to eat your meal when you’re not comfortable.

1. The staff: every person I interacted with, from shuttle driver to front desk to housekeeping, was extra helpful, friendly, and capable. 2. Excellent bed and bath/shower, writing desk and sofa. 3. Incredible variety and quality of restaurants within 10 minutes' walk: I had a fantastic dinner and breakfast.

1. Lots of traffic, on a major fast thoroughfare. It's definitely safe to walk along, but not terribly inviting. 2. There was NOTHING else I didn't like about my stay.

We checked in March 2nd, 2025. Su was so sweet (at front desk). She gave us a complimentary late check out as our train schedule was changed. We didn't even have to ask she just gave it to us AND with a lovely smile ☺ We enjoy staying there each time we fly out of country. Great breakfast and they serve dinner as well. We certainly will stay there for every getaway 😀 and the rates are very resonable.

Staff were very helpful and excellent airport shuttle. Updates are practical like numerius charging points and HDMI input point. Beds were very comfortable.

The hotel is a little dated and like most airport hotels it is in an industrial location

I tried three separate numbers to call for the shuttle and none of them worked. Ended up taking a taxi that cost $40.00 plus tax. Was not impressed.

I had no idea it was so far from the airport, must have been as the crow flies on the page. In an industrial area with so many trucks. I cancelled my return visit to get a hotel closer to the airport.

The restaurant that is attached to the hotel has really gone down in the past few years. The paper menus were so used and stained and crumpled up.Wait over 20 mins for the 1 and only guy that was working. We wanted an appetizer, and he says oh we're out of that. Then we went to order steak, and he says oh I wouldn't eat, that it's tough. Really, the meal was awful for the cost. Should have walked across the street to Dennys, would have had a better meal.

Picked up at the airport at the stated time. Room very quiet, clean and comfortable. Restaurant was closed because of my late arrival but convenient 24 hr. Denny's across the street.

Service a little slow in the restaurant for breakfast but there was only one person serving. Food was good. Probably the restaurant is not run by the Hotel?

Good shuttle service, comfy beds, everything you need for an overnight transit stay. They offer free coffee and tea in the morning, very helpful to clear the sleepiness ;)

The hotel is on the opposite side of the airport compared to the terminal, so the shuttle ride is quite long. If you want to do any exploring, the location is a bit far off anything interesting

Clean room, good price for the location, friendly staffs, Free airport shuttle. We left something behind after we checked out left the hotel, the shuttle driver was kind enough to send our stuff to airport for us.

Shuttle needs to book 2 hours in advance. From airport to hotel can take up to 30 mins wait after call.
