The rooms are exactly as in the photos. Clean, comfortable, very good soundproofing. The room has a mini-kitchen with a stove, microwave, coffee machine and a full-size refrigerator. Compact and convenient for cooking. Good transportation, bus stop right in front of the hotel. Within walking distance, literally 3-4 minutes, restaurants, shops.

There is a complete lack of basic kitchen utensils, such as at least a cup, plate, fork, spoon.

The staff were so nice and understood everything we said. The Kitchenette saved us so much money because we were able to bring everything from home considering the kitchenette had a full fridge so we were able to unpack it all with no problems. We did not have to go out for lunches or dinners or takeout restaurant, dining, etc. I have to say my favourite person was the receptionist. She was amazing, she was very professional, but also very down-to-earth. She gave off the feeling that you could talk to her about anything and she’d be OK with it. Thank you very much.

The wifi

The location is perfect. Also the receptionist was very helpful to accomodate our luggage after the checkout for our safety. The cleanliness of the room was good. Everything was perfect for temporary stays.

Only one disadvantage was the hotel doesn't provide breakfast or tea coffee or any food for that matter...you need to go to next door to a timshorton or Wendy's for your morning coffee and snack. I felt the amount we paid for the stay atleast deserves a quick breakfast provided within the hotel. But no complaints the Tim's was literally next door. Overall a great stay and if one wants a budget friendly convenient location, this hotel serves all your needs.

The room was large, clean and had all the consciences I needed. It was relatively quiet. There was ample parking and my SUV was under CCTV surveillance in appropriately lit area. It is centrally located providing quick access to major highways. The price was attractive and good value for money. My deposit was refunded upon departure - check out

I liked it

Very friendly, courteous and attentive staff. Great location and you can see they are putting a lot of work into the establishment. There were some quirks with our bathroom sink but, they're renovating so it's to be expected. It's nice to see that they want to make improvements. Too often hotels just want your money.

It's not even something I don't like but, I didn't know there was a $200 room deposit. Just caught me off guard and figured others should know ahead of time.

It was clean, conveniently located and easily accessible. The price was competitive and the staff were friendly, courteous and attentive. My room was fresh with no smoke residue. The room was stocked with toiletries and coffee/tea making confectionaries - which I enjoyed

On the second and first floors, there were strong odour of smoke. Greater care needed to prevent patrons from smoking in the hotel

Clean, spacious, very comfortable bed, close to restaurants and cafés, staff very friendly and accommodating.

Elevator is not working so guests should be advised prior to booking since it is being replaced so will be out of order for some time yet. Also, pots and pans were available but little else in the kitchenette, not even a can opener. Be prepared to provide own dishes etc.

Didn't know there was breakfast. The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Enjoyed my stay. Tv channels were good. Great there was an elevator.

The first night was rough. The room above us They were very noisy. Like they were banging on the floor all night. Weren't quiet till 5 am. Was unbelievable. 2nd night was okay.

Please provide glass/clay utensils in the kitchen, that can include 2-3 plates, cups and glass. This will reduce the use of plastic utensils which is, of course, unhealthy.

No microwave, and upon check-out, the staff member rushed to inspect the room at lightning speed, which was unpleasant. It was the first time I experienced something like this. The deposit refund process took a long time.
