We took 2 nights in the hotel, it’s very nice hotel, heated pool,kids like it. It was queen room with sofa bed in high floor (6) , Sofa bed is very good to sleep in. There is also iron in the room,Hair blow dryer,TV,Radio. The breakfast was so nice.Free parking.Actually everything was perfect.

No microwave in the room. No body serve you on the table in the breakfast ,the ladies there keep filling what’s finished in the buffet, but they are nice. We was there 1 hr 20 min before 3 pm for check in , Parjtip receptionist there told us there is no rooms available now for check in,then after I told him even if I pay extra charge, he replied me right away you can pay 20 $ extra for early check and you have to wait 10-15 min to clean the room for me !! I told him so there are rooms empty but you are looking for 20$ extra. Actually I don’t like his way in not respecting the customer mind.i refused that and left the hotel for 1 hr and back again on check in time.

The room was clean and courteous staff

The elevator closes right away my foot got caught. Also the keys given to me and 2 children did not work in the elevator. We tried 2 times did not work. My son just got stucked in the elevator on his own. He had to call me to help him. I tried using my key card and it did not allow us to go to our room. We went back again ground floor and asked for help. Our key cards were replaced. Our family checked in past 9 pm and checked out at a little past 10am. I was requesting if we could check in at 2pm just to put our things since our time is limited we were going to the zoo, city cruise but was informed that the room is not ready. Back to airport barely got to stay in the room. I paid for a 21-hour stay but got to spend only 13 hours in the room. No airport shuttle as well when I requested

We stayed for 6 nights. Location is good. Decent room size. Lot of parking space and it is free.

Beds were very uncomfortable as too soft. Breakfast was bad and had very limited choice. It was a struggle every day for what to eat. No choices of breads. Lot of Muslims stay in this hotel and no halal food is provided. Only one day I saw Halal sausages BUT they were in the same cheffing dish with the pork. They should keep it separate and away from Pork.

Parking was easy and plenty of it. The room was clean, quiet and a good size. The breakfast was nice and even though there were lots of people staying at the hotel we were able to find seats each day of our stay and there was plenty of food. All in all it was a great experience.

It's not the hotel's fault, but unfortunately, we had to leave a day early as our plans had changed at the last minute and so we forfeited our room fees for the last day.

From the moment we entered the hotel, the front desk representative, a beautiful young woman, was very friendly. She offered to make hot water, honey and lemon, for me, as I was recently released from the hospital, from anaphylactic shock, and I cannot speak. This was above, and beyond, any service we have received, at previous hotels. Thank you, so much, for this, as it meant so much. We were offered to join the Hyatt Club, which was very nice, and we will definitely be staying with you, again, in the future. Everyone, and everything, was exceptional.

breakfast was excellent location is good near various restaurants and shopping areas, the whole hotel is spotless clean...everything matches reviews I read earlier especially when there are some terrifying reviews about some hotels around this location.

may be reduce the amount taken for security deposit, the gym needs more machines...it would be nice if the pool is a bit warmer and adding a jacuzzi is a bonus.

I loved the location, the staff, the cleanliness and other amenities.

I did not like the breakfast ending at 9 30am everyday except weekends.. Also, there were only two baby chairs. I have twins and every morning i had to hunt down on baby chairs to settle in my kids. I had to bring my strollers so they can sit in 1 place eat and not run around.

The facilities but breakfast room was small . It was crowded at some times but the food was great. Staff tried their best to keep up with everything. Great staff

The location was further from town that we thought and transport was a bit slow. Front of house Staff could at least familiarise themselves with the attractions and how to get to them from the hotel .

Breakfast was great. Limited variety but the food tasted goog and staff were on top of it to make sure everything is refilled and presented in a neat appealing way. Staff were amazing. The evening female receptionist on 29 Dec ( unfortunately can't remember her name) was very helpful and friendly. She did an extra mile by coming to my room to help me close a stubborn zipper on my dress ! Amazing service.

Design, cleanliness

There is halal chicken sausage next to pork sausage with same lid cowered. The steam mixed together. It means the chicken sausage is no longer halal anymore. We hope they will pay attention to this and put separate any halal meat products from non-halal one. Another thing -the pool is small and too hot, no air conditioning.
