poor quality pillows. Tiny towels. When are Hotels going yo learn they are doing nothing for the environment by supplying very small towels. We required extra towels and used every face cloth, hand towel and bath towel to try to get dried after showering. 10 towels in total required daily replacement. We are both small in build so 2 decent size bath towels are all we would normally require. Will definitely not use this chain again due solely to this issue. You're costing yourselves money and hurting the environment. Far from a successful "green" policy

The rooms were so clean amd service was super good. Especial thanks for Hanan and her way of welcoming us everyday during breakfast. She was even encouraging us to try the waffles and she offered to help us make it. She is so professional. Service at reception was good too, we asked for a crib to my 2 years old daughter and they brought it so quick to the room. The breakfast was v. good too. I would like to come back for another stay. Its close to lots of indoor activities.

The room for the pool was over heated you cannot breathe easily and the smell of the achlor was so strong that can make your eyes go red quickly.

Very very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. Bed was comfy, breakfast was great. Free hot drinks 24/7. There’s a plaza within walking distance with a multitude of food options. Felt safe as a solo female traveller. No complaints at all. (FYI if you need a shuttle from the airport, you have to call them prior.)

The water was off citywide during my stay, which was out of the hotel’s control, but it would have been good to have issued some kind of notice once the water was back on again, and also indication of how long to run the water to clean out the pipes (was grimy for a while)—unforeseen circumstances and entirely not the hotel’s fault but communication is key!

The front desk staff from the Manager, Haman were great, especially the night clerk when we arrived at 3.30 a.m after an awful flight. The room was large and sophisticated decor and great beds. The breakfast is the best anywhere, great cheesy scrambled eggs, bacon cooked perfectly and waffles, cereal, muffins, fruit, yogurt. It surpassed the competition by a mile. Also good bus service to airport.

Previously, followed recommendation for food delivery but ignore the Mamma pizza brochure....as no restaurant for meals beyond breakfast. Close by apparently but cold rain kept us from exploring...

Though I didn't specifically book this, I received an accessible room. For a wheelchair user or a less mobile person, the room was very spacious and bathroom was well equipped. The bed itself was lovely and comfortable! The lady on the front desk who checked me in (I didn't get her name) was incredibly helpful with my airport transfers and really made things much easier for me. She's an asset!

Pool had too much chlorine as my eyes burned for a good 8 hours after.I do however have a problem with deposit being taken for every night of stay and couldnt even pay cash for that and get my money back after my stay, it takes roughly 7 days for me to get my deposit back for each stay. that is very bad service.. when inquired I was told Company policy, I dont make the rules and I am only working here and do not have anyone that can give me a proper answer. Smiling faces however heard some of the remarks after my questions. Not appreciated.

I had the best experience here with my family for almost 2 weeks! My son had swam in the pool every day! The gym has new Peloton machines and equipment. Very clean facilities and extremely friendly and helpful staff at all hours! Prompt cleaning of rooms, and attendance to your every need. Anastasia was very sweet!

good breakfast. the rooms were very clean and comfortable very polite staff all around.

the pool water was cold. unfortunatley people dont respect the reserved parking for electric cars so i was stuck to go find a charger outside of the premises since i was departing the next morning. perhaps the staff should remind the guest at check in to respect the spots.

The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Excellent breakfast with friendly staff, the room was huge and relaxed, and Housekeeping was excellent with everyday service one way or the other. I was impressed with the readily available complimentary shuttle service, which was crucial for our touring excursions

Everything was great during my stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the location of the hotel was very convenient for getting around. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and overall pleasant experience. I would definitely consider staying here again.
