The breakfast needs improvement. Food cooked that morning would be nice.

Good size room, facilities, breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful. All good.

Hot water in shower was not hot enough.

Good service, very clean and new and very well maintained. Great facilities like warm pool and new gym. Big window in the room. Very comfortable beds and linen and pillows.

The breakfast was the only thing that was not satisfying.

It would be nice if there were a few amenities close by, like a store and a restaurant within walking distance.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel after a long 10-hour flight. From the moment we arrived, Navneet welcomed us with exceptional kindness. She offered chocolates to our kids and water for us, and treated our whole family with such warmth and care — it truly made us feel at home. The next morning, Aayush went above and beyond to answer all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. His helpfulness and attentiveness made our stay so much more pleasant and stress-free. Beyond the excellent service, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the location is ideal — just a short distance from the airport with a well-organized shuttle service. Highly recommended!

Super close to the airport. Lots of transportation around to get into and out of the city/ surrounding areas. Toronto zoo - 2hr-45min (bus/train) Niagra falls - 3hr-30min (bus) Toronto - 45-60mins (bus and / or train) Shuttle to hotel/airport- 5mins (every 30 mins)((terminal 1 and 3 pickup and drop off)) Seems long, but in reality, you'll pay 5-10$ to get to any of these stops instead of 3-500$ for a car rental. The hotel was super clean, and the staff were super friendly. The products they have for sale (snacks and stuff) are super expensive (10$ a large bag of chips for ex.). Other than that, everything was amazing, just like the included breakfast! To note: this is an unreal spot for aviation enthusiasts. Will 100% be worth your money We were in room 417. (Facing the city) the other side would be great to catch arrivals if you're 5th and above that way you can see the airfield. Otherwise the side facing the city is beautiful with the CN tower.

I just wanna say that the reason why I gave it an eight was because I endured some trouble upon checking in to my room and the young lady that helped me was exceptional. She definitely deserves all tense, however just to go through that the headache of trying to get into my room and my card kept declining which maybe had nothing to do with Holiday Inn however I was just frustrated

I like the fact that the young lady who took care of me at the front desk she was exceptional, and she went above and beyond to make my day as comfortable as possible given my situation with my debit card.

The Holiday Inn Express and Suites Airport South is a modern facility apparently built in the last several years. The bathroom in my room was well-finished, but has only a shower, no tub. Families with children who need to be bathed in a tub might consider other options. The hotel is close to the airport and has an airport shuttle that operates from the lower level of Terminal 1 at Pearson Airport approximately every 30 minutes. Guests must take care to board the correct shuttle, though, since there are many Holiday Inn Express locations nearby. The hotel was quiet at night, which was unexpected, since it literally is a few hundred feet from one of the runways at the airport.

It took longer than expected to find the correct shuttle bus to the hotel. Also, I'm glad I didn't rent a car, since the hotel charges a hefty daily fee for parking. The breakfast was adequate, a typical "American Style," but I was disappointed to see that a "premium" coffee (read: latte, cappuccino) from an automated machine cost CAD $3.50. At similar European hotels, that type of automated coffee is provided free of extra charge.

I love this property. Third time being here! The view of the runway was a highlight for my son as well as the pool. The breakfast was great and the hotel itself is very aesthetically pleasing. One major reason I choose here every time I come to Toronto is because of the airport shuttle. Forgot our iPad in the room and the front desk got it for us and sent it with the shuttle on his next run to the airport. Thank you so much.
