Every ink was all good.Was the host hotel for the 2025 ontario adaptive championship. So the host's location had all the evacuees for the wildfires, so everyone else had to get transferred to the holiday in airport itself. Deserves the front desk. Everything was beyond expectations. I'd highly recommend to anyone putting on an event or whatever holiday both the holiday inns on Dixon road are beyond expectations.

I loved the complimentary breakfasts, the staff was nice (including the staff from the diner. Give the plump orange head woman with glasses employee of the month. SHE was the most polite and kind), cleaning from housekeeping was efficient, shuttles are great, and the location to the convention center was very convenient.

A little pricey, the site didn't give effective notification for taking payment ahead of time (site said pay when you leave, luckily staff gave us their apologies), housekeeping accidentally took our bubble wrap (it went to cosplay horns for safe packing), shower curtain was white and can easily stain (we had red body paint for our cosplay for Anime North and it splashed onto the curtain and turned the bottom a little pink), bathroom was a bit small, and pillows could be better.

The hotel is very well located and close to Toronto City's main airport and all GTA. I also think it is excellent that they offer free shuttle service to the Airport starting at 4:30 am The bed and room were very good and comfortable.

The room where we stayed was a little far from the main reception of the hotel and the elevator was also far away. Access is not easy. The panoramic view of the hotel was not the best.

Easy Check-in could have checked in the room. Upon arrival, wuthout have to wait for check-in time which was amazing bathrooms are clean and overall. The room smelled clean.anf looked so pretty

Didn't. Like that, you had to sort of.Negotiate with the housekeeping to change the sheets on the bed or they would tell us to talk with the front desk

The room was very and very comfortable. The bug tv and mini fridge were appreciated. The staff was very nice.

A little pricey considering you’re right on the flight path for Pearson airport. AND parking is $20/day which is ridiculous!

The hotel was very clean and staff were exceptional!!! My flights into the city were changed and I arrived earlier than expected. The staff offered to store my luggage and give me a call when our room was ready which only took about an hour. I was extremely impressed and appreciative.

There was nothing about this experience that I didn't like. I am already hoping to stay at this location when I am planning my trip home.

Overall a nice hotel, front desk staff were very helpful. Also had a nice restaurant attached to the lobby with an amazing bakery. The room was very spacious and the pool was great as well.

They received an order of rose peddles before I arrived that I had ordered because my husband and I got married that day. They went above and beyond to set them up around the room and to make it as romantic as possible. They even gave us a few discounts to congratulate us. We are very grateful

The beds were comfy, the bathroom a bit small but clean.A lot of TV channels.The pool and the gym were fine,the continental breakfast was very good: scramble eggs,bacon,toast,potatoes,coffee or juice.Very delicious!

The smell in the room was awful,I think someone smoked in there,the view wasn't great because a new building is build and at 7 am peaple started to work so you can imagine the noise!😤 Also I didn't like that they put just one cup for coffee at 4 people,the coffee was only decaf, we had only 1 shampoo,1 conditioner, 1 soap for 4 people,so it was very disappointing!

Polite,friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. Large spacious room. Very clean thruout. Didn't use it but had a pool we could've used. And very quiet considering how close to the airport we were. The restaurant (Perkins) attached to the hotel had delicious food.

Small bathroom and no microwave in the room or lobby for guest to use. Parking gate didn't work properly.
