Near to the airport, with free shuttle so very convenient for late arrival/early departure. Room was clean, modern. From airport ground floor, wait for the correct shuttle for Hilton, stop #2.

We had a long layover in Toronto and we stayed here. We took the convient shuttle from the airport. Check in was quick. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. We had the breakfast buffet. It had a nice variety of sweet and savoury breakfast foods. The waitress gave us a whole pot of coffee. The whole experience was nicer than I expected.

Communication about early arrival of a friend was not given and they had to wait for my arrival to get into the room. Shuttle didn't show making a delay in arrival at the airport for a flight

It was a short shuttle ride from the airport. it was modern and elegant and had a nice restaurant.

The prices were a bit high for the room with the queen bed.

It is one of the best hotels in the airport area at this price level. Stylish, well maintained, great staff, comfortable rooms but, moreover, amazing breakfast!!! I also did experience the dinner: so good!! Said by an Italian... Good gym too, but with a lack of some equipment for body training. Be back for sure here once back in Toronto, if they are not increasing prices.

I hate bath/showers with curtains. It's definitely not nice and not hygienic. I've asked to change my room, as I was staying there for 5 days (4 nights), but there was no way to have a walk-in shower.... what a pity.

Very clean and organized, the bed was comfortable. We asked for a second key and they gave it to us without a problem. Whenever we had a question, the answers were clear and honest. The shampoo and conditioner were stuck to the wall of the shower, which made it a lot less troublesome to use. The view from the window was lovely despite the place being surrounded by what seems to be corporate buildings. There’s a Tim Hortons at walking distance and it was lovely to eat there!

There was no body wash, only soap for the face. It could still be used as body wash, so it wasn’t that bothersome of an issue.

Open for checkin 24 hours, also 24 hour airport shuttle. I liked having the option for a continental breakfast instead of a full breakfast.

It was confusing to arrive at Pearson Airport at midnight and learn that there were actually 3 different Hilton Garden Inns near the airport. The driver wasn’t really helpful in telling us that the first Hilton Garden Inn he stopped at wasn’t our hotel. We disembarked only to be told that at the other hotel’s front desk. Fortunately the bus hadn’t taken off so we didn’t have to wait for the next one at 2 am. There is also a second Hilton Garden Inn shuttle that does not go to our hotel but seemed to make more frequent trips to the airport.

a beautiful hotel, the truth is that they are attentive to you at all times, to make you a pleasant experience, the room is a luxury as well as the facilities and the restaurant, the breakfasts are incredibly good and abundant with a lot of variety and options to choose from, every 15 minutes The hotel transportation is always at the entrance of the hotel and at the airport gate so that you are calm at all times of the trip and the pool and jacuzzi area inside the hotel is acclimatized is a spectacle. The truth is I give it 5 stars in everything

Nice restaurant on the ground floor--good thing because there isn't much more around this hotel when it comes to eating---unless you have a car or want to walk a fair amount--you are kinda stuck----

Location---although in the future I am sure that more restaurants etc will pop up so you will have a better selection. The girl at the checkin desk didn't seem to know whole lot about the hotel itself or the area around it when we posed some questions to her. She was pretty clueless------we chalked it off to her perhaps being new on the job----

The bed was more than comfortable. The included breakfast options exceeded our expectations.

Although breakfast is included as part of the room price, we still received a bill at our table. Although the bill showed no charge, it was left specifically to pay a gratuity to the coffee servers. We felt very pressured and obligated into leaving more money as a tip than what we might even pay for a simple breakfast elsewhere.
