Nice spacious recently renovated room. Quiet. Shuttle FROM hotel to airport works just fine.

This time I didnt even bother with the free aiport shuttle from airport to hotel as on previous occasion it was impossible to contact the hotel to request the shuttle. I took public bus: No. 7 bus leaves from first floor and drops you right in front of the hotel, no need to fuss with trying to contact hotel. You can pay with credit card on the bus. Several lightbulbs were not working, including the reading light next to my side of the bed, stole the lightbulb from the other side. Several lightbulbs in bathroom out also. Coffee machine obviously had suffered a fall and leaked water from it´s tank. A bit dangerous as it flooded the tray the machine was in.

Oh the location is superb!!!! Very near the airport, very accessible, and secured. There are restaurants nearby. I also like the lady i think she's one of the housekeepers who attended to us while we were waiting for the room to be ready because we came early from the airport. She was the one who informed us we can check in early I forgot her name. She was very informative and knowledgeable enough to give us a few insights and tips to explore Toronto. She should be the one sitting in the front desk. 🥰🥰🥰

The front desk lady who wasn't pleasant and a bit rude. She wasn't approachable. She just shut us down when we arrived like after 10am. Our flight was very early from new York. This is exactly what she replied to us " THE ROOM IS NOT READY! CHECK IN TIME IS AT 3PM!" did not even bother to smile even the slightest smile or say it politely. 🙃😒😕

This place was very clean, blanket , tissues, bathroom everything looks great, I really like it! Don’t judge from outside, inside is wonderful!!

This is a great deal. They are speedy with their shuttles, the bed was comfortable, and the location is perfect if you are looking to get away during a stopover as it is minutes away. The building is older but the room was very clean and comfortable.

All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was very close to the airport and the bed was clean and comfortable. The room is small. I just needed a quiet, comfortable ,clean place for an unexpected overnight stay due to missing a flight connection. Shawarma the Mediterranean restaurant almost next door to the hotel was a real find.

A simple, clean, comfortable hotel right by the airport!! The room was well furnished, looks newly renovated and well designed.

Parking is limited so make sure you grab a spot right away (there's also parking around back). The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.

I've stayed here numerous times over the years because it is close to the airport, the rates, including parking, are great The place itself may be a bit old but it is very clean, comfortable and quiet. Its a perfect place to get a good night sleep before or after a flight. The shuttle guys are always nice too. And on time !! Its not a 5* but for the price, it's better.

What I did not like, really has nothing to do with the place itself. The 2 restaurants next door close at 10pm, so I missed out a few times I've stayed at NU. But on a positive note, there are many other places around where you can order deliver if you need to.

Place was really clean, close to the airport and a good price for an overnight after a long haul flight with a toddler into Toronto Airport. Water pressure was great in the room too!

The minibus driver wasnt very friendly but got us to the hotel. This place does not serve breakfast so make sure you bring something with you or are prepared to travel somewhere for it.

I liked the free shuttle. I enjoyed how close it was to the airport, I was surprised by how clean it was. I also like how fast check in went. I liked that they didn't hold on to my deposit.

I wish there were more food options in the area.

Clean and close to the airport with free shuttle, although the timings may not be at the time you need it. There’s a shawarma shop right below.
