Hotel was close to the event I was at. Easy to get to. Big open lobby, quick elevator. Clean room. Easy and quick check in. They had trolleys so we could load our luggage on it to our room.

There was only 1 entrance/exit. When we parked in the back of the hotel we had to walk around the building to get in. I had read in reviews the staff could be rude, when we checked in there was a staff member behind the desk arguing with what sounded like a costumer on the phone. Other than that time, staff was fine.

Everything was very comfortable and the free transfer to the airport and the proximity were important factors for me. Wonderful bed, super spacious room, I didn't have breakfast due to the time I left the hotel. the bathroom seems to have been recently renovated and is great.

Only observation: the bathroom seems to have been recently renovated and is great, but you know that construction dust? At the top of the wall where the faucet is, it still needs to be cleaned. Room 331.

The floor in the shower stall was very slippery….not good for seniors. When I was checking it at 9pm I was asked to pay a further $100.00 deposit for possible damage? This was highly unlikely since we are 80+. After asking for a shuttle at 5:30am. We were told it would be reversed after 3-5 days. Is this really necessary? I thought it was a little pricy for the use of a bed for less than 8 hours. Have you considered offering a seniors rate?

The room was amazing! It was nice and spacious, definitely one of the nicest hotels that we've stayed in! Will definitely use again for future Toronto trips.

I understand some guests can take advantage of some "free" items, but I would have liked to take my breakfast back to my room. My friends and I had come for a concert, so it was late getting back. As everyone else was getting up and dressed for the day, I had gone down with the intention of bringing up some breakfast for all of us, but didn't see the sign about eating in the dining room and when returning to the elevator was told I had to eat in the dining area.

It was decent. Had a weird no take out policy but was good.

housekeeping & front desk do not communicate and despite me agreeing a 12pm check out housekeeping harassed me between 11 & 12. When I told them I had 12pm they said “oh we’re just housekeeping”. Yeah but you have a piece of paper that tells you departures that day so you can add a time to that.

I liked that the hotel was close to the airport, had breakfast included, a 24 hour gym, and 24 hour business center. Also, loved the drive to the airport upon checkout by one of the staff members.

I didn't like that the computer in the business center didn't have Microsoft Word on it.

The pool and slide were great . Our grandchildren loved it. Adults love the hot tub. Breakfast was fantastic . A great bargain to get a complimentary meal like we had at breakfast at The Comfort Inn & conference centre in Toronto , Ontario Airport!

The bathroom area with the toilet and shower were too small. Had no where but the toilet to put ur clothes need to b bigger, so a small cupboard could be put in there

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was at a convenient location from which we could walk to the Toronto Congress Center in about 20mins or so.

Check-in was a bit slow. There were some small stains on the bed sheets and we didn't get room service. It was a bit expensive. Despite all this though, it was fine - actually a bit above expectations given the ratings I saw.

Easy check-in and -out. Staff were very helpful with a few late night parties near our room and with assisting with transit to the airport.

Morning caffeine options in the room were severely limited, due to perhaps a mixup with housekeeping. We only had decaf and with a late check-in and early check-out did not realize this until it was too late.

We stayed for about 7 nights stay was very good. However being with 2 kids and 2 adults room was little crammed up to accommodate 4 beds. Besides that the over all stay was good and comfortable.

The highlight of the stay was breakfast buffet. Buffet with so many choices. Loved the pool too. Staff was very nice and helpful specially front staff Ahmed he went above and beyond.
