Very nice Hotel next to Toronto Pearson International. We stayed for two days at the end of our Canada trip and had a great time there. The staff is really friendly, helpful and sweet. The rooms are big, well equipped (including a espresso machine) and the beds are comfy. We stayed on the 8th floor and had a nice view across the area including the airport. They have a gym and a pool which we used. Breakfast is good, we also used the restaurant in the evening which was also very nice and delicious. Also the hotel offers a 24h shuttle bus service to the airport which we used to get from the airport into the city (take the UP train to Union Station) on our last day.

Rooms is very clean, big comfortable bed, nice staff during check in, airport shuttle free runs like a clockwork, breakfast options at hotel is great and lots of options to choose, and I get to have a view of airport so it's pretty fun to watch planes. I flew back home and it was too late to catch the evening train which is why I booked this hotel overnight in advance so I can get shuttle back to airport to catch train on way back home. Would consider this hotel again in the future.

While the room itself is so clean and very comfortable to sleep in. There is some signs of tiredness in some corners of room including ceiling next to window where there is wallpaper came loose (bubbles at edge of wallpaper and could peel it off easily) this should be easily fixable. One more I don't like is steep pricing for just an overnight stay because I arrived airport and reached hotel at 9pm. I feel like it doesn't values for money because I wasn't in hotel for a full day; more like less than 1/4 day including overnight sleep.

The breakfast was quite good, which we hadn't seen in airport hotels where it's usually all pre-wrapped yuck. Instead, we had omelettes made to order and fresh fruit. Pool was nice too, but a bit boring for the kids as it's just a round pool with nothing interesting about it. Served its purpose though.

Trying to find info and figure out pickup time and location of the airport shuttle was not good. Very confusing, not well posted, not easy to find on their website. We had to call the hotel and I wonder how often they get this call. Not fun after a 9 hour flight with kids. The pullout couch wasn't ready for us when we arrived, which was annoying - again, because we're jetlagged and clearly says we're a family of 4. Also, the pullout couch was not particularly comfortable.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The van from the airport was a little tricky because many vans were arriving at a busy time and there was more than one Sheraton. Dinner was excellent and part of why I chose this hotel over others. The breakfast buffet included healthy choices and vegans seated near me were satisfied. Although I tried for a discount, adding flexibility options drove the price up more than I anticipated but it couldn`t be helped.

I preferred to watch the planes approaching the hotel, but I wasn`t aware that some rooms were facing away from the flight path. Once I got settled (after a late arrival) I noticed but did not ask to be relocated. This was a personal preference, but for some people, this might be a bonus. Soundproofing in the rooms is good, so noise is not an issue.

Everything was exceptional!!!!! It was very comfortable clean and had so much to do. It was the perfect location and I felt everything was super comfortable and staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.

It would be nice if there was a lifeguard at pool at all times. And no phones allowed. There was a man who had his camera held upward and he clearly was pretending to talk and my daughter and I felt uncomfortable because he took it out as soon as we came to pool and it was pointed in our direction in the pool not at his children. Aside from that the oool temp was amazing . Some ambient lights and decorations would be awesome. :)

It was nice not having to pay until getting there, friendly and knowledgeable staff, super comfortable beds/pillows-we could sleep there every night, very clean, pool was awesome and free breakfast was great! We saw planes go by, but we never heard them, they didnt keep us up at night, solid walls-never heard other guests making noise for a fully booked hotel. Free shuttle to the airport for the U-train to union station was awesome, saved on uber/taxi. Nice bang for the buck!

Wish they had free parking, considering it wasn't a secure underground parking lot. Hotel was super clean but one thing that was odd was dishes left outside of doors as staff were cleaning rooms, we felt there was no reasoning for that. It made it look messy when it wasn't but made it awkward to walk by while getting to the room/elevator (not a huge deal, just somthing we noticed)...booking.com made it seem like we could do a super early check-in but then we really couldn't.

The hotel was convenient to the airport. It was comfortable, clean, and spacious.

The wait to get the shuttle was 40 min and one guy said he had been waiting an hour - this was at 11pm. We had to get room service to come and show us how to operate the coffee machine (the instructions on the machine were so small we could not read them) and the room temperature control was so high up the wall, my partner needed a chair to adjust it. We were never satisfied with the temperature in the room; when we increased the temperature control, the temperature went down. Why can't the people who design these things make them user friendly?

I was staying with my family for 2 nights. Deluxe room is much better and more comfortable than normal room. Pool was warm. My kids liked it. There were some extra activities for kids for family day. Appreciate. My kids were so happy to play there. In general very good hotel. But! We are almost every weekends traveling to different cities and different hotels. But your hotel is impressed me with kindness and welcoming of staff! I want to say a big thanks to so many people who is working in your hotel! One lady in reception (she was evening time on 17.02.2024). I guess she is Indian. She is so lovely. Chef who was on Sunday was so lovely (he was making omelettes) Also Anna from reception Also Val (woman with blond hair from concierge) and Mohini. And other restaurant staff . Thank you. My kids would love to come back ☺️

Would be great to have hot bath or jacuzzi 😍

The 3pm check-in time may not be suitable for travelers; although I encouraged myself to approach the staff at 12noon and was checked in. Also, the airport shuttle was fantastic but the bus stop 13 needs to be clearly stated in all advert - it took time before I got direction!

Staff was really helpful and not judgement at all they were super helpful when we were having trouble paying for our stay and the breakfast is super good. More importantly is quite and relaxing even if it's near the airport.

The internet is not good.its far away form downtown toronto.
