Read the good reviews about this hotel so decided to book. Super glad I did as it met all expectations. Free shuttle picked us up promptly from the airport and check-in was very quick and seamless. The lady that attended to us (can't remember her name now unfortunately) is a great asset to the hotel. Very welcoming, efficient and made us feel at home almost immediately. The room was spacious and very clean with modern decor and it even had a small kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. The complimentary breakfast was very good with an omelette station. There was also complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening which was a bonus. The entire ambience of the hotel was very good. Highly recommend this place.

Tha breakfast is amazing. You get a lot of choices! The rooms are spacious and comfortable! We.love the layout of the rooms!

The cleanliness was lacking in the bathroom. The back of the door was full of yellow spots and someone's hair. The road beside the hotel was very busy on a Friday night with cars racing and reving their engines at 11 to 12 pm. It made a lot of noise when your were trying to sleep. This was our second time staying there. We had a room on the opposite side of the hotel, the first time, therefore we didn't hear the traffic as much. The breakfast is free with your stay but you have to pay a gratuity for a buffet style service. That should be included in the price of the hotel. Free is free! The rooms are not cheap! The ventilation system is a little loud at night, again when you are trying to sleep.

We looked for a hotel close to the airport for a base for our 3 days Toronto visit. The suites were really clean, very spacious, quiet, and with good facilities. Aircon adjustable in the room! The hotel offered a free shuttle every 30 minutes to and from the airport (we took the UP into Toronto). The hotel restaurant was good. The breakfast had many choices, scrambled eggs, toasts, sausages, bacon, potato, fresh fruits, etc. Additonly you can let make your own omlet.

On weekend was the hotel overloaded, which was recognizable at breakfast.

The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff were nice. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Close to the airport.

We have to pay for parking. The shuttle service was very confusing and everyone we spoke too on the phone wasn't professional (hanging up the phone after giving you conflicting information). We stayed at the airport for more than 1hr before we could finally get someone who could give proper direction on where to find the shuttle. Another thing was the fans in the rooms were too loud, woke me up multiple times in the night and it was the same for the rest of the group that came for the trip.

Breakfast was good! Clean enough for me and I’m REALLY particular about cleanliness in hotels. You’ll see the average dust in corners and old marks here and there but after a good wipe down from myself, I was satisfied! The BEDDDDD!!!!! Soooo comfy! I didn’t wanna get up sometimes🥲 Aircon and everything is great!

The Wi-Fi especially for the tv wasn’t great! This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here and attempted to connect my firestick to the tv! It definitely showed up on the screen but couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi because the signal wasn’t strong enough. I wish that could get fixed! Otherwise nothing further to suggest!

Great location and excellent rooms. Especially want to highlight and thank the exceptional service of the hotel staff, as they made some exceptions to the rules for us and were incredibly helpful. It was amazing!

There were no vegetables at all for breakfast, which is quite surprising. Also, the role of some staff members was unclear, later they would (politely, but still) ask for tips, even though they didn’t actually do anything. Additionally, the shower mixer in the room was inconvenient — it would be great if you could control it with hands instead of having to stand under it all the time.

The staff were extremely nice! The entrance area is beautiful!! Beds were very comfy to sleep and AC blew cold! The two room suite was perfect for my husband, 16 year old son and myself so we had separate and comfy sleeping quarters. Both rooms had big screen TVs. Loved that we got two free drinks per day. Free breakfast. The lounge/bar/restaurant downstairs was wonderful and the staff all made you feel like you were important and welcome!

The carpet in the hallway on floor 11 smelled like puke or garbage or something. It was very dirty and needs to be updated. The wood floors in our room were cracking and lifting. Looked dirty with scuffs and shoe marks. Also there was no outdoor sitting or dining area to enjoy the beautiful fall weather. Also only had decaf coffee pods in the keurig in room. Not enough creamer or sugar to make your own coffees in the AM. Didnt like the $30 per day parking fee.

The hotel is very clean and welcoming in appearance. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole stay very pleasurable.

It's always good to have a coffee machine in the room, but the supplies to go with it could be more generous. Only enough paper cups and creamer for one coffee each. When guests have flown in from the east, their body clock means that they are often awake by 3 or 4am, and looking for a hot drink. If the supplies have been used on arrival, it's a long wait for the breakfast room to open.

We were looking for somewhere close to the airport that we could use as a base for the two days we were in Toronto before flying home. The suites were exceptionally clean, spacious, quiet, with good facilities. The interior also felt very modern. The hotel offered a free shuttle which ran every 30 minutes between the hotel and airport from where we took the UP into Toronto. The hotel restaurant was excellent and we stayed for dinner and breakfast, with the added bonus of 'happy hour' of drinks and snacks from 5-7pm.
