Read the good reviews about this hotel so decided to book. Super glad I did as it met all expectations. Free shuttle picked us up promptly from the airport and check-in was very quick and seamless. The lady that attended to us (can't remember her name now unfortunately) is a great asset to the hotel. Very welcoming, efficient and made us feel at home almost immediately. The room was spacious and very clean with modern decor and it even had a small kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. The complimentary breakfast was very good with an omelette station. There was also complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening which was a bonus. The entire ambience of the hotel was very good. Highly recommend this place.

We looked for a hotel close to the airport for a base for our 3 days Toronto visit. The suites were really clean, very spacious, quiet, and with good facilities. Aircon adjustable in the room! The hotel offered a free shuttle every 30 minutes to and from the airport (we took the UP into Toronto). The hotel restaurant was good. The breakfast had many choices, scrambled eggs, toasts, sausages, bacon, potato, fresh fruits, etc. Additonly you can let make your own omlet.

On weekend was the hotel overloaded, which was recognizable at breakfast.

Tha breakfast is amazing. You get a lot of choices! The rooms are spacious and comfortable! We.love the layout of the rooms!

The cleanliness was lacking in the bathroom. The back of the door was full of yellow spots and someone's hair. The road beside the hotel was very busy on a Friday night with cars racing and reving their engines at 11 to 12 pm. It made a lot of noise when your were trying to sleep. This was our second time staying there. We had a room on the opposite side of the hotel, the first time, therefore we didn't hear the traffic as much. The breakfast is free with your stay but you have to pay a gratuity for a buffet style service. That should be included in the price of the hotel. Free is free! The rooms are not cheap! The ventilation system is a little loud at night, again when you are trying to sleep.

It was all unbelievably superb! Nice airport shuttle that operated frequently. An excellent happy hour including drinks and appies in a lovely room. Our room was very spacious and nicely equipped with a comfortable sitting area and a bedroom with an excellent mattress. Bathroom was spotless as well. Very quiet even with airport proximity. The breakfast was another surprise: Omelet station, coffee brought to your table, fresh fruits and much more.

Nothing could have been better unless they included a complementary massage!!!

the rooms need to be checked by maintenance more often to make sure everything is in working order. There was a couple of glitches regarding a cupboard that was unhinging itself. The door from the bedroom to the bathroom needed the bottom shaved because it wasn't closing properly. it would have been nice to have some cutlery and a couple of dishes to eat food from and in the cupboard above the sink with a dishtowel and dish soap. We were there for 3 days, visiting a sick relative close by and I know that this is unusual because most people don't stay that long. So these items may not be necessary.

The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff were nice. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Close to the airport.

We have to pay for parking. The shuttle service was very confusing and everyone we spoke too on the phone wasn't professional (hanging up the phone after giving you conflicting information). We stayed at the airport for more than 1hr before we could finally get someone who could give proper direction on where to find the shuttle. Another thing was the fans in the rooms were too loud, woke me up multiple times in the night and it was the same for the rest of the group that came for the trip.

For the airport it's great but downtown is a bit far. Free shuttle every 30 minutes was great and reliable. Nice touch of 2 free drinks and free snacks every evening 5pm to 630pm. Breakfast was very good and lots of choice. Staff friendly. Rooms were really clean and spacious. Had a room with runway view so saw plenty of planes. There were restaurants within walking distance. Housekeeping replaced water and teabags daily if needed. Also had a fitness centre with usual equipment.

The air-conditioning took some working out but got there in the end although still noisy. Could also hear elevator going up and down from our room and aircraft noise. A kettle in the room would be good. A pool would be nice.

This is very good accommodation, with all that you need for a short stay. The airport shuttle was reliable and really useful, giving easy access to the airport and from there direct UP trains to Toronto. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and reasonably quiet given how close it is to the airport. Breakfast was superb with many different choices, and the in house restaurant is also great for drinks and evening meals. On top of which, all the staff we had dealings with were very friendly and helpful.

Although there wasn't any problem with day to day cleaning, eg towels, sheets etc were fine, the room could have benefited from a periodic deep clean, eg to remove ingrained mould in the shower cubicle. This was a relatively minor point however in an otherwise very comfortable and convenient stay.

Breakfast was good! Clean enough for me and I’m REALLY particular about cleanliness in hotels. You’ll see the average dust in corners and old marks here and there but after a good wipe down from myself, I was satisfied! The BEDDDDD!!!!! Soooo comfy! I didn’t wanna get up sometimes🥲 Aircon and everything is great!

The Wi-Fi especially for the tv wasn’t great! This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here and attempted to connect my firestick to the tv! It definitely showed up on the screen but couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi because the signal wasn’t strong enough. I wish that could get fixed! Otherwise nothing further to suggest!

The room was clean, though I wished the floors were a little cleaner. The bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed how the room was set up. The breakfast included with the stay was excellent and we also at ate the hotel restaurant the night before and the food and service was excellent then too. We also appreciated the airport shuttle.

We only stayed for a night, so there was not a lot of time to get to know the downsides--it's an airport hotel, so there's noise and traffic, but I don't think this should surprise anyone. We did find that many of the bathroom supplies were low--the hand soap and shower gel were very low, and conditioner was completely out. We checked in late, so we didn't have time to request refills.
