I really enjoyed my stay here for several reasons. First, the little touches made a big difference like having tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and fresh fruit available throughout the day just at the lobby (beside room tea/coffee facility). Believe me, that’s something you rarely find, even in more expensive hotels. Another highlight was the parking: a large, secure lot that’s completely free. And the included breakfast! It was not the best but enough to start the day! The room itself was spotless, nicely maintained, and surprisingly spacious for the price. Overall, I’d rate it a solid 9/10.

Here are a few suggestions I feel could make the experience even better: 1. Adding exhaust fans or air fresheners in the washrooms would really help improve comfort. 2. Providing “room service/cleaning” tags for guests might make it easier to coordinate cleaning times. This way, service could be done at a time convenient for both guests and staff. 3. The front desk team was generally wonderful! A little more consistency in the warm and welcoming approach during check-in would make the first impression even more delightful.

poor quality pillows. Tiny towels. When are Hotels going yo learn they are doing nothing for the environment by supplying very small towels. We required extra towels and used every face cloth, hand towel and bath towel to try to get dried after showering. 10 towels in total required daily replacement. We are both small in build so 2 decent size bath towels are all we would normally require. Will definitely not use this chain again due solely to this issue. You're costing yourselves money and hurting the environment. Far from a successful "green" policy

Bed creaked way too much Hallway noise was excessive and bathroom to hallway doorway way too close to one another. Basically opening the door meant a clean look into the entrance of the bathroom. Rest area and chairs were usually full of crumbs and messy looking. Coffee nook an after thought and not well organized

The rooms were so clean amd service was super good. Especial thanks for Hanan and her way of welcoming us everyday during breakfast. She was even encouraging us to try the waffles and she offered to help us make it. She is so professional. Service at reception was good too, we asked for a crib to my 2 years old daughter and they brought it so quick to the room. The breakfast was v. good too. I would like to come back for another stay. Its close to lots of indoor activities.

The room for the pool was over heated you cannot breathe easily and the smell of the achlor was so strong that can make your eyes go red quickly.

Very very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. Bed was comfy, breakfast was great. Free hot drinks 24/7. There’s a plaza within walking distance with a multitude of food options. Felt safe as a solo female traveller. No complaints at all. (FYI if you need a shuttle from the airport, you have to call them prior.)

The water was off citywide during my stay, which was out of the hotel’s control, but it would have been good to have issued some kind of notice once the water was back on again, and also indication of how long to run the water to clean out the pipes (was grimy for a while)—unforeseen circumstances and entirely not the hotel’s fault but communication is key!

Super clean and very comfortable and close to the airport. The staff was super helpful with helping me by holding delayed piece of luggage that was delivered by the airline. They even called me to let me know that it had been dropped off!! Amazing customer service. Breakfast was good too!

Excellent, good-humoured and pleasant staff; room and public spaces were immaculately clean, as I have come to expect from Hampton Inns - indeed, it's the reason I book them so often when travelling. Guest laundry was really modern and very efficient.

The hotel was very full (the nature of an airport hotel), so breakfast was extremely crowded - I went out to eat each morning as a result.

Staff very helpful and pleasant Rooms clean and comfortable as was pool and gym Staff facilitated late arranged later book out and airport transfers both ways and looked after our luggage for the day before book in making drop off of hire car much easier minus luggage. Transfer at request from airport was clearly explained and came in timely way 15mins to arrive which is time between hotel and airport.
