Very surprised by the quality of the hotel inside. The exterior looked a little dated but that was okay. Loved the free parking. Bonus that they have a pool and onsite restaurant so we didn't have to leave the property to find a place to eat. The location is odd though, next to a trucking distribution centre of some sort and the highway... so it's a bit industrial. That's why it was good to have an onsite restaurant, especially since we'd had a long drive and didn't want to go out any more. The room was nice - modern, spacious and well kept. The decor was also lovely and the beds were super comfortable.

The location. A bit too industrial and a little far from the airport. But it was fine because we had a rental car.

Having the shuttle service was a plus for us. We had a rental car that we needed to return to the airport. The front desk clerk allowed us to check in early so that we could deliver the car back to the airport and then were able to have the hotel shuttle meet us at the airport to bring us back for a one night stay before catching a plane from the "Billy Bishop Airport" at the island airport the next morning. Once again the shuttle took us to the airport so that we could catch the "UP" from the airport to the "Royal York" where we were able to catch the shuttle from there to YTZ and catch the flight back to Fredericton, NB. Everything was fine in terms of comfortable accomodation We had dinner in the restaurant and found the food very good with fast food delivery and the server was great and very attentive table attributes. i.e. pouring the wine when required and bringing water as requested, questioning us if everything was fine.

We don't care for comforters/duvets at the best of times so when we discovered that there were 2 on the bed we removed them both and slept with the sheets only. A simple blanket would have sufficed but we no longer find that in any hotel we go to.

Hotel was very clean. Beds were very comfortable room was very spacious water pressure was excellent. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps coffee and tea in the lobby considering people are getting up all hours of the night to catch flights. Other than that an exceptional hotel, I would stay there again.

I didn’t like that there was no coffee or tea available in the lobby for travellers leaving the hotel to the airport. I know it’s available in the rooms, but that stuff isn’t usually the best quality. The hotel other than that I have zero complaints exceptional service, exceptional staff rooms, comfortable great value for the money.

This is a clean and pleasant off-airport hotel. We spent the night here before flying out the next morning. It was clean and quiet. We were able to walk to an Indian restaurant. (The street is very wide and busy, so the walk was not pleasant, but there are some places to eat that are within walking distance.) In the morning it was a short 7 minute drive to the airport rental car return counter.

There are two different Fouir Points by Sheraton hotels in Mississauqua! Be sure your satnav is programmed for the correct one. (Ours was not, and we went many miles out of our way.)

We had to find a hotel last minute after our plane got diverted to Toronto. We were exhausted and needed somewhere close to the airport to stay for the night. This hotel had one of the best rates in the area, a free shuttle to and from the airport, and food options open late at night nearby. The staff were very helpful, the shower pressure was great and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay between flights.

When you booked a hotel reservation confirm if the breakfast is included. I thought it was included because that what it says in the hotel website. You have to schedule 2 hours prior when you need the shuttle bus service from hotel to airport (only 2 rides back and forth is free). It takes a long time to wait for the elevator because there is only 1 elevator working.

Everything. Friendly professional staff from the front desk to restaurant/bar to housekeeping etc. excellent customer service! Love the restaurant and bar at the location, clean, presentable and so convenient. The location is perfect near everything and short drive to other needs.

The only thing we didn’t like was not having a full mirror. It helps when you get dress up for functions. We had 3 functions to attend.

Appreciate the support the Front desk agents have given. My flight to YYZ was delayed leaving me only 6 hours to use the facility. Was offered a late check out and it was appreciated but wasn’t needed since my onward flight was at 1300 the same day. The beds were very comfy as well. Overall, it was a good stay.

Our flight arrived late from Tampa and we were starving so we went to find some take out before we checked in...when we got to the hotel they had already checked us in and assigned our room with the room key waiting for us which was fantastic as we were both exhausted from a long day of waiting at the airport in Tampa

Perfect for a short one night layover. Wish we could've stayed longer. Room was great.

A little farther from the airport but with the shuttle and price it was worth it. A little bummed there was no room service after a long flight but they had a few grab and go options, and the restaurant was open, but we just wanted to go to our room.
