It was close to everything I needed to do.

I was in room 119. I heard people talking inside my door till 11 o’clock at night which made it hard for me to sleep when I had a long drive home the next day. I was gonna go out and say something, but I didn’t bother. They should talk in their rooms, not in the hallways when people are trying to sleep. People have to be considerate of other people stay in there too.

We liked that there is a pool, the staff is quite friendly, location is convenient, internet is quick and reliable and parking is free.

Breakfast was basic; wish the hours were longer over the weekend so guests could sleep in and still enjoy breakfast. Also, we requested a late check-out, which was approved the night before, but we had housekeeping knocking on our door early to leave - the front desk had not communicated with housekeeping and we had to leave earlier.

The staff were very welcoming and understanding no matter the situation and made sure we were always comfortable

There wasn’t much we didn’t like only things that we felt could have been improved would be how many activities were at the inn

Location was good and staff friendly and helpful , always stay here when visiting Canada

On the sat night it was busy and kids where running around the corridors screaming , not really hotels fault but felt they good have been controlled more

Beautiful hotel and very welcoming staff. Despite being located in a run down shopping centre (with an eerie, unpleasant atmosphere) the hotel is a safe haven from the unpleasantries of Brampton.

This was a great place to stay. Very happy and looking forward to staying here again.

The only thing is my husband forgot his sunglasses in the room and when he went back to get them they were gone and the only person to be in his room was the housekeeper and said she didn’t see them.

Very nice, very clean room; it's upstairs but there's an elevator and luggage carts. The pool was good and breakfast was excellent.

This area isn't very walkable, except to the shopping centre across the street. Definitely wouldn't want to be here without a car.
