Such friendly staff!!! We stayed at this hotel because we were attending the RBC Canadian Open. The staff couldn't have been better. Warm greeting, great breakfast, easy parking, excellent location. Super clean rooms with very comfortable beds. The staff really go out of their way to help you. I had left a dress in our first room we booked and didn't realize it until late at night. I called the front desk and they searched the lost and found and brought it to me. Just a fantastic staff. I would definitely stay here again.

There is nothing I didn't like. This place is terrific!!!

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially on the first day, when they learned that I had been charged a high price by the taxi driver, they immediately searched the internet for the necessary places and found the contact information of the necessary places so that I could make a complaint based on the high price they had charged.

There are no negative aspects except that the location is a little far from the city center. Of course, you cannot find a hotel with this performance at this price in the Downtown area.

Very clean and modern design. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed here 3 times already. Love every minute of it.

The guards outside were very ill mannered. They would comment unnecessarily if they would see a single woman coming back at night. This was the only issue I had with the staff this time that made me feel uncomfortable. They need to teach their guards some etiquettes.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Hotel, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. Check-in process was seamless and efficient. The staff was courteous and quick, The rooms are spacious. The beds were comfortable. Decent breakfast. On-site parking was convenient, and the service was well-organized, making it easy to come and go.

My only gripe was the deposit policy. While I understand the need for a deposit, the lack of a mechanism to discuss or dispute the amount afterward was frustrating.

This was an absolutely amazing hotel. We have nothing bad to say about the hotel at all. From checking in, to the wonderful breakfast and not just toast and muffins, a full hot breakfast buffet, to the staff who were so friendly with top knotch customer service, and welcoming us upon checking in and telling us if there was anything we needed to ask. When checking out, the front desk clerk made checking out so easy and asked us if we enjoyed our stay, and if we had any complaints. No complaints at all. Clean , comfortable and modern rooms. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to anyone. Our one night stay was great. Very easy to access, located near many stores and coffee shops, yet out of the way if you are looking for a quiet place to go to. Free parking, room sizes are great. I could go on and on, but trust me it is well worth the money. See for yourself :-) . If we ever go back to Brampton, we will definitely stay here again. If all the other hyatt hotels are as wonderful as this, I will be renting rooms from them too :-)

The disability room size is one of a kind. The space is impressive. Also, the environment is clean, and there was access to a microwave, which I find interesting. Breakfast was ok too, with the option for takeaway coffee and tea

First impression is crucial in a business, I was disappointed that I had to wait a while before checking in because no one was at the reception, and when someone eventually came, there was no apology infact her response was not impressive. Maybe it is one of the bad days, I guess. Otherwise, everything else was fine!

The place was very clean. The service was great and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable at the front desk. The kitchen staff was especially friendly and always smiling recognizing that you existed. The inclusive breakfast could have had more variety and not have the same breakfast every day but overall it was good

I didn't like how they do not provide toothpaste and mouthwash especially as we travelled with only carrv on bags and arrived very early in the morning. We didn't get time to purchase anything and had to wash up before we went out to purchase stuff

This is a nice hotel. I stayed for three nights. The breakfast was standard, but tasted really good, especially the home fries. The rooms and beds were extremely comfortable. I appreciated the blackout curtains and there was no noise from the streets, allowing for a peaceful sleep. I stayed in the king suite and really liked the mini sitting area, which was great for having dinner. I also appreciated the desk area. The hotel was pretty clean, but I think they need to do a bit more of deep clean between guests, because I did find clusters of hair and dirt in my room and some stains on the night stands.

I did not like that the advertised on-site restaurant is not operating.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Place Toronto - Brampton. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was very comfortable and the staff were all professional and courteous. We particularly enjoyed Fahmeen and Hershil who were especially kind and helpful. They made us feel so welcome with their lovely smiles and their genuine interest in our activities. We also took advantage of the excellent gym. The breakfast was good and had plenty of choices.

Our stay was really exceptional. I was slightly bothered by this dishes at breakfast. Several had not been dried properly and their were a few that had not been washed thoroughly.

My husband and I went here for the night after our wedding. Unfortunately there were no more available rooms to be upgraded to but the hotel clerk offered us free snacks to bring up to our room!! Very much appreciated. The beds were insanely comfy. The buffet breakfast was delicious and such vast options. I’ve been to many 4+ 5 star hotels and this might be the best one I’ve been for the price paid !! Definitely will be returning.
