Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were large and very clean with comfortable beds. Nice fitness center and pool, Very reasonable rate for the quality of hotel.

The complimentary hot breakfast was good, but not great. Instead of a waffle-making machine, they provided pre-cooked waffles that you had to heat up in a toaster. Coffee was mediocre. However, they did have hot omelets and sausages and a good variety of items. Overall, though, for a hotel like this I expected something a bit better.

We were handled very well with the staff especially Srusti was very kind and ready to help always Kitchen never had a microwave, living area never had a reading table and chair but it was brought after requesting They need to keep record on which days they are supposed to clean the rooms

I did not like the pillows in the room, they were not comfortable. I didn't like that there was no 'adults only' hour in the pool before closing. I also didn't like that there was so signage of rules in the pool, such as horse play. It was very hard for my young child to be in the pool as there were older kids not respecting their surroundings. I tried to enjoy the hot tub but that was also taken over by horse play and older kids

Here, there are plenty of free parking spaces, a clean indoor swimming pool, and a 24-hour gym. Every staff member in the hotel is very enthusiastic, polite, and responsible! The room our family stayed in was very clean, spacious, warm and comfortable, with complete facilities. The bath water was hot and comfortable! The daily (also open on Christmas Day) free buffet breakfast is rich in variety, nutritious and delicious! We can drink fragrant coffee and tea every day! We also received a love gift from the hotel at Christmas, thank you very much! All in all, this is the most cozy and comfortable hotel we have ever stayed in, and it feels like home!

Very friendly staff and well equipped bedroom suites. Great location, close to highway. We always stay there when we go to Canada’s Wonderland as it’s only a few kilometers away. Nice gym, pool, hot tub and business centre.

The pull out couch mattress is not very comfortable. My kids love the hotel but they always complain about that. For the first time, the breakfast wasn’t as good as it usually is. The potatoes were cold and sausages were dry. It’s not usually like that. There was a bit of dust on my nightstand and in the toilet paper holders.

Walmart right next door, location close to attractions we were going to, and a short drive to goTrain into Toronto. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly.

-Rooms weren’t cleaned properly. Upon arrival to our room, we moved the curtain in the bedroom and there were Dorito style chips on the floor there. Cabinets in kitchenette were sticky. Found a blue toy duck just underneath sofa from a previous guest. -Breakfast options weren’t great.

The room was spacious enough for the most part and was clean and had what was needed Housekeeping and staff in general were very pleasant and greeted and chatted as you came about on the floor.

Breakfast lacked some common choices. I was hoping for young people like restock of muffins(only seen them before 7am) and no waffles/pancakes.. for picky eaters. Keep that in mind if your kid(s) are the same.

I was really amazed at the exceptional friendly staff from the time of entry until exit. I want to thank the kitchen staff for their friendliness, helpful, and fresh breakfast. I would definitely stay at Homewood Suite in Vaughan at my next visit

We brought a group if 12 year old girls for my daughters birthday. It was perfect. for a The staff were friendly, the rooms were large and clean. The girls enjoyed the pool and the breakfast.

The hallways need to be renovated , as they are dated.

The room was lovely, with a separate toilet /shower area, which was perfect for getting ready, as the sink and mirror are in a different area. There was a separate sitting room to the bedroom, which was nice. Swimming pool was great, have small children and its all one level and perfect for them.

Furniture was worn, not a great coffee machine. Not very environmentally friendly, some easy improvements could be made. Pool not for doing lengths, just playing in but the jacuzzi was lovely.
