The receptionists were awesome and polite. They are amazing. I will definitely come back there whenever I'm in Toronto. There is this particular receptionist (male) with curly and faded hair that worked during the day (like 8am to around 4pm)... he is the best. He was very kind to me. Also, the cleaners were always at work. They ensure that the place was constantly clean.This place is very good and worth the money. I appreciate them and they made my first visit to Canada a memorable one. Thank you. See you soon.

Hotel was pretty quiet, beds were comfortable! I didn't experience any of the issues in the other reviews. The AC worked perfectly, the staff were all very polite, the room was clean. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast and we already knew that the pool was closed as it mentioned on the website, so those were not issues for us. Overall an enjoyable stay!

The water temperature in the showers was a little hard to control, I think maybe it relates to if another guest was in the shower? It was hard to tell, I got in at one point then it took over 10 minutes for any heat to happen.

The lobby and room were clean. Checl in and check out were ok

Breakfast was awful. I have not seen this terrible breakfast ever. It was not warm. They packed some low-quality items and gave us. Also one of the staffs was not polite. When I entered the hotel at first, he did not give me a card to put inside my car which represnts that the car belongs to a person in the hotel. The next day I accidently found out and told him and he told you should have asked us to give you!

The room I was in was very clean and comfortable.

We know that we want to be safe from covid or any contagious disease, but we are way past covid outbreak and mostly everyone in the country are vaccinated. I don’t think breakfast packs are still a good idea. I think most of the people want real breakfast served in the morning.

Really good room. No bugs or other insects. The breakfast includes an egg sandwich, muffin, apple juice, yogurt. I think you can ask for more packages if need. Staffs are friendly. They sell food, drink, snacks and personal items. It is easy to check-in/out and get the security deposit. I booked pet-free room but I did heard the dog barking in the hall way. I am not sure whether other rooms accept pets in the night. Please be careful if you are not interested in pets.

Very clean everywhere. The staff was great, all of them starting with Jaspreet at the reception.

The so called “breakfast”. You get a paper bag sealed and inside is your surprise. You don’t get to choose anything. There is no coffee ready made, just hot water and a coffee bag, like a teabag. Except that sometimes there’s only decaffeinated.

Room was very cosy. Microwave, locker and coffee maker were very convenient. Check-in was quick and easy. The bus stop is very close (within short walking distance).

The staff was very professional and helpful but they were not very friendly in their demeanour. None of them were very responsive when I said "hello" or "good morning" (when passing by the lobby). Usually, hotel workers are more friendly when greeting guests.

EST was great! I read some reviews that were not so great but I gave it a try. Im soo glad I did! The staff was good, the room was great and clean. The bed was amazing! Lighting and window was goog. Shower was good. Inside of the lobby was really cool how it was designed. Im going back for sure. The rate on the room was like 60% of any other hôtel. Parking was limited and tight but I had a car so I had no issue. Thank you EST staff.

Was easy to find, glad it had Tim hortons close for breakfast and coffee

Room keys weren't available till following night, elevator had a funky smell, like old cleaning water. Breakfast is still covid style (brown paper bag with food) Pool looks like it's been closed for a while, shouldn't advertise, I brought swimwear for nothing

it was very clean, and didn't have any issues throughout my stay. loved that there was free parking and so many spots available during my stay :) it was also conveniently located near restaurants and the airport!

the staff wasn't very friendly, but at least they got the job done. the walls are also quite thin, so we were able to hear the guests next to us talking
