My family and I felt welcome from the moment we walked through the door; from the staff offering the little ones a cookie, to the phone call we received a few minutes after we checked in our room to make sure everything was okay as well as the kind service we got the next day when we sat down for breakfast. Definitely made our stay more enjoyable and less stressful to be in Toronto. Kindness goes a long way in this day and age and would definitely consider staying here again! Good location, nice and close to Vaughn subway station to get into Toronto, and located near IKEA. They have a comfortable restaurant, safe parking, and a nice pool.

Restaurant was fantastic, the food choices were great. I had two meals at the restaurant during my stay there, both meals were with chicken. I also had the French onion soup which was also very good.

There was a little issue with the billing. When I spoke to the first attendant, she told me that the hotel did not charge a deposit and to call the booking company. I called the booking company and they said it was in fact the hotel. When I called back, I spoke with Daniel. He said he would call the booking company to find out what was going on and would call me back as I had to submit my expense report. He didn't return my call but the charge was noted on the bill.

The place was very nice. Rooms big with lots of room. The front desk associates were efficient and pleasant. Restaurant was good, food and drinks which we enjoyed.

Just me, but it would be nice to have more coffee available in the room. Also, once again, not the hotels fault, but some clients really shouldn't be ahouting in the halls at 2am.

Room for very spacious and clean. A little dark though…even with lamps. The Tv is small for the size of the room as well but did not affect our stay. We didn’t use it just an observation. We did feel a shower handle would be useful as it is a tub/shower combo. The tub was slippery and as aging folks we would have felt safer. .

Pool is great Breakfast buffet was delicious and worth the cost - food was really good, lots of selection. Facilities are very clean

Water pressure in room shower was very low. Front desk wasn't clear about charges and deposits at check in - put two high value holds on the credit card instead of just one, hoping they charge correctly once the card is processed

There was a large amount of snow that had accumulated over the 48 hours that we were at the property. It wasn’t until we left that the entrance to the parking lot was plowed. It was very difficult to get in and out of the parking lot.

Easy to get to from highway 400, clean, close to the event we were attending.

Our mini fridge did not include a small freezer that we were relying on. Not the hotel’s fault I know but it would be really nice to have that small freezer in the top of the mini fridge to help save on food costs.

The staff are so nice, the food is great and just an overall great place to stay.

The only thing I didn’t like was the drapes in the room don’t close completely, so the net between the drapes lets all the day light in the room when you’re trying to sleep. But that wouldn’t stop me from staying at the hotel again.

The staff here were beyond amazing. Every single person we encountered, whether they were at the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance or dining was super friendly, helpful and inviting. One of the best staff experiences I’ve had!
