I like it coz of the area its located is breathable, meaning it's mostly around open area and also near the Mall & Walmart. Aside from that, the amenities were great & also the employees are very approachable & helpful.

A bit disappointed the day before we had to part, I had to transfer room coz the light bulb near my doorway was the suddenly dripping & also flowing occasionally with water which they found out came from shower room upstairs. I hope the management would further investigate & solve about this matter not in a way just trying to solve it in a short run but in a long run to avoid any accidents in the future. Thanks.

The breakfast was excellent, everything was good but very disappointed that the hot tub & pool were not available the 2 nights we stayed there & we never really found out why they were closed.

One of the main reasons for booking for 2 nights was because of the pool & hot tub ever though no one seemed to be working to fix the problem!!

That animal may have slept in this room, fighting allergies and floor carpet didn't look fresh. Also the amount of towel provided was minimum. We spent a few nights so 2 chairs would have been convenient and maybe choose a bigger room

The housekeeping staff were excellent and checked in with you daily on if you needed anything. All the staff were kind and you could see them trying to keep everything orderly and clean. Very impressed with my stay! Also, I love the shampoo and conditioner+soap brand they use. Hair felt amazing and that is a rarity with my hotel stays mostly.

Had a neighbour that was loud with music for one night (but well into the night (midnight)) and nothing was really done about it when front desk was called to contact the room to shut it down.

All hotels need to respect people who don’t eat pork. There are millions of us and all they ever have for breakfast is sausage and bacon. Adding other meat options for the non pork eaters will be a welcomed experience. 2 of the three major faiths in the world abstain from pork. You would think this is considered in the hotel industry but it’s too often overlooked.

The staff was attentive. We reported a problem in the room and it was repaired quite promptly. The room had exceptional lighting, over and beyond what is found in most hotels. The room was quite soundproof. Cleanliness was noted throughout the building.

Some of the linens and towels need upgrading.

Pool, hot tub, steam room are wonderful! Close proximity to Walmart very convenient. Nice flat parking lot.

The pool was generally clean but could use a good scrubbing around the water line. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but ok for one night.

Lobby and rooms were clean and in great condition. Breakfast was great. Beds were very comfy.

The pool and hot tub area needed to be cleaned. Some grim floating in hot tub. Parking lot needed to be sanded or salted. My daughter fell getting out of truck and hurt herself. When we told the staff about it, they said they don’t do that. I was not understanding even if subcontracted. Call them and get them to sand it. I also found that 1 elevator wasn’t enough. Waiting often on it.

safety around the building lacked as my daughter's wallet was stolen from her vehicle despite the fact that a camera was pointed in that direction. Live screening and video taping should be considered. Had the front desk person being monitoring the video as this person was going around checking the doors on the cars in the parking lot may have been able to avoid the theft

Breakfast was OK. On thing that can be improved is adding different presentations of eggs. For instance, hard-boiled eggs or freshly cracked eggs, etc.

A little bit noisy at night. Other than that, the stay was good. Very good location and friendly staff. Clean and well provided for.
