Comfortable, clean and quiet

Breakfast in a bag. It was literally a bag full of sugar. A muffin, yogurt, a boiled egg and juice. I would have only been able to eat the boiled egg because everything else would have made me sick from the all the sugar. The bag was my sugar intake for three days. Please bring back the continental breakfast.

Location was excellent. Room and hotel were clean and breakfast was also good.

It was noisy at night. I considered calling the front desk at 10:45 pm to ask the people above my room to quiet down on Monday night. By 11 pm, it was quiet.

Good layout and very clean. I particularly appreciated the reading corner in the room. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels.

Very well situated in the downtown core that was destroyed by the train disaster in 2013. Close to the lake and the memorial area. Unfortunately there still is a train that runs 100m away and blows its whistle even at 4am!

The building is new, location is great. I liked the room, the bed and the shower. Free parking as well.

A bit of a rant, but I think the breakfast was a kind of dull. Not asking for much, but some fried eggs, sausages and decaf would make it much better.

Excellent location. Staff was professional, always helpful and super friendly. Continental breakfast was included and it was always fresh and staff always present to help and refill. Very clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. They have a car charging port for electric cars on location free of charge. Will surely return. We loved it.

The hotel was excellent. Felt like it was brand new; did not check if it was or not. The town was lovely for walking, bike riding, kayaking. We will certainly return. New favorite vacation spot!

Spacious, clean, love the dove products

No water bottle fill station however staff allowed me to fill it up from their kitchen sink. Woman worker at the breakfast station kept asking if i and my kids were going to eat all our food . It was insulting. We ate all we took and did not waste any however, it felt as if she was judging us. Very uncomfortable.

Nice, clean, good location and nice to have breakfast included. That was a big plus for us.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was excellent, including breakfast. Never expected such perfection in a small town hotel. I traveled around the world and stayed in many hotels, some good, some bad, some average, but this hotel was impeccable. I was really impressed.

Can't think of anything that I didn't like.

The hotel is on he main street of Lac Megantic but is quiet, there isn't a lot of traffic.

Would have been nice to have scrambled eggs and bacon or sausages available for breakfast. Hot pancakes were available.
