We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Spotlessly clean, room was nice and spacious. Huge plus for the hardwood floors. Beds were very comfortable, and surprisingly, the hotel was very quiet. We had an amazing night of sleep despite our room being in front of the elevator. We didn't hear anything! Bathroom was very nice as well, with a walk-in shower, our favorite. We didn't get a chance to look at the bar or other amenities of the hotel, but we will definitely come back.

Parking fee! This is our biggest trigger at any hotel. We still do not understand why hotels charge their guests such ridiculous amounts. Not only that, but this hotel didn't even provide a self-park. You are forced to do valet parking, at a whooping $60 + fees + taxes (total about $77) per night! Insane.

The property was in good location. There were eateries and coffee shops all around it seemed. Also offered variety of food and alcoholic beverage’s at the concession in the lobby. The staff was super friendly and helpful from the valet to the receptionist to the cleaning staff. Also they have a nice waiting pool and lounge areas.

Room was a little smaller than expected, the time frames for the kitchen and bar weren’t really ideal for us personally. I think the kitchen didn’t open until 5 pm so we couldn’t eat breakfast in the hotel. Also they claimed the bar was opened at 2 but the bartender was rude and said it wasn’t open until 230 even though all the posters and staff said 2. The rooms were nice they had just small indications of it being ran down baseboards and also they have rusted metal decorations. Lastly they offer complimentary water in the mini fridge they didn’t check and we drank a reopened water with something in it which was absolutely disgusting.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near several museums and we could walk to nearby restaurants. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor lounges and pool area on the top floor.

I was blatantly discriminated against during breakfast by a Spanish man. As soon as me & my business partner sat down he brought out the check, as if we were going to dine & dash. Absolutely and utterly disgraceful. I also mentioned it to him directly.

Clean property with an AWESOME staff!! The valet guys and the early morning front desk staff were wonderful, sweet, and so beyond helpful. The room and bathroom were big and spacious and clean and there wasn’t any carpet (yay!!).

I wouldn’t say I “didn’t like” anything. It is good to know that the pool is tiny and shallow and thus if you have children you’ll want to keep this in mind. The location was good enough.

The property was very cleans and well taken care of. The staff were fantastic, kind, approachable, jovial and very helpful.

The location isn’t amazing, lots of construction, so a bit loud. Had trouble trying to order room service, so eventually just gave up.

All the staff, from the reception to housekeeping, were all excellent, very friendly and clearly wanted to make your stay comfortable. Room was spotless, quiet & the beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect for us, only a short taxi to Hollywood and Beverly Hills & still not too far from LAX. For a 3* hotel it is fantastic, far better than the 4* we moved from

It was close to where we needed to go Rooms was nice.

We thought we had the parking included and I guess "we" didn't pay attention we had to add it. It was super expensive, for 1 night $60. The next day we had to wait a bit for the valet. Seem they didn't have enough people around the check out time for the valet.

Staff were friendly, and the property was in great condition.

Bar was expensive, area a little sketchy and the manager initially refused to freeze a bowl of water for our dog that was about to be placed on a 16-hour flight to Australia, which really frustrated us. Shouldn’t have had to plead our case for a simple request.

The customer service was great throughout the whole stay. Staff was knowledgeable about local restaurants and shopping areas. This whole hotel is the perfect location a short Uber from Hollywood or shopping but peaceful enough to have a great night sleep. The shower was great and the bed was really comfortable.
