Location, location, location! Right in the heart of Koreatown, it has great access to all the hollywood, Beverly Hills and studio tours. Also lots of great dining options within walking distance. Price was very affordable too. They also clean the room daily, which has become rare

Parking - if your coming with a car, be prepared to do a little pre-planning because if you park earlier, you may get boxed in with other people parking behind you and blocking you in. Also the bed is definitely on the very firm side so this can be a negative if you are looking for a softer bed.

I like that the room was bright and clean. Free parking was a big plus, since street parking can be tight. Good a/c. Pleasant staff. Lots of restaurants and food trucks nearby. I would rent here again. Good coffee shop downstairs.

I suspect the toilet has a gasket leak. It looked clean, but had a urine smell coming from the back of it as the day wore on. Be prepared to put down a cash deposit. I didn’t mind, but it would be better to know that when the reservation was confirmed, so I patrons could be prepared.

I liked that they have a cafe and Korean restaurant on the ground floor. They have parking space. Staff are very accommodating and nice. Room we had had a decent space, has tv, small refrigerator, iron, Iron board and blowdryer. Good value for money. The front desk staff were very nice and pleasant that made up for whatever small imperfections there may be. They really tried to be of service to whatever you needed.

Shower water temperature could be improved. It was difficult to find the right balance for a comfortable temperature. May hear next door noise if loud. Lights are warm tone. So it's not so bright at night but I noticed this in other hotels in the US. I wish there was an option to choose brighter lights. It's feels safer to walk in the morning than night, better yet, have a car if you plan to go around

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The staffs are very kind. I didn't know that how to use rain shower and the staff helped me. I was so thirsty but it was too late time so I couldn't go to a supermarket so the staff gave me a water. And when I have my breakfast, I need a spoon and fork and a staff gave me it. Thank you so much! The hotel is clean and comfortable. And I loved watching netflix haha. It made me not bored.

If it's handheld shower not rain shower, then it would be more nice to me haha. The tower is not very clean.. And there is dust a little in the room.. But the cleaner is kind.

Incredibly helpful, kind and prompt staff. Someone was always available to help with anything that needed assistance. Room was always cleaned beautifully. Parking was easy to do, even with a lot of guests in the hotel. Lots of great local areas to eat, very close to the convention center which is what we wanted.

Partially cramped, but that was expected in downtown LA in KTown.

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. This seems like a family owned hotel, so the staff was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. The room was large and comfortable. The location was in the Mexican and Korea town area so there was a lot of good food and variety. I didn't try the Korean restaurant downstairs, but the cafe had great sandwiches and lattes. Would definitely plan to stay here again!

The only complaint was the TV didn't work and nobody came to fix it, but we aren't on vacation to watch TV!

I absolutely loved my stay at Hometel Suites. It was my first time visiting Los Angeles, and after landing, I picked up my rental car, which was quicker than expected. I arrived at the hotel three hours before my check-in time (12 PM instead of 3 PM) and, feeling tired, I was concerned about having to wait. However, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, quickly finding an available room for me. Before I describe the room, I have to mention the plentiful parking spaces available for guests—covered, secure, and monitored by CCTV. The hotel also has a clean, fast, and spacious elevator, making my way up to the room very convenient. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised by its size—much larger than I had anticipated. It had kitchen storage space, an ironing board, iron, fridge, a decent-sized bathroom, air conditioning, a very comfortable bed, lamps, a desk, a chair, a side table, and more. The room immediately felt like home, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. After unpacking, I left my spare phone on the table. When I went out and returned, I found everything well cleaned and organized by the housekeeping team, with fresh towels provided—and my phone was exactly where I left it. The staff at Hometel Suites are friendly, honest, and trustworthy people. My stay was so enjoyable that I looked forward to returning to my room after outings. I even spent time chatting with the staff in the reception area. I stayed for a total of 12 days (initially 9 days, then extended for another 3), and I already miss Hometel Suites. It has become a beautiful memory of my trip to Los Angeles. If I ever visit again, I will definitely return. The location is also perfect, with major attractions being just 15 to 35 minutes away by car, depending on traffic. I highly recommend Hometel Suites to friends, family, and anyone reading this review!

If I had to mention one minor issue, it would be the TV channels—there wasn’t much to watch. However, it's not a big deal, as most of the time is spent outside exploring. I don’t think anyone travels on vacation just to stay in their room and watch TV anyway.

It's my go to hotel when I stay in LA. It's reasonably priced and centrally located in Koreatown which is awesome if you like to eat. Facilities are good. Free parking if you get there early enough. Felt safe and the property was clean.

Not too much I didn't like.

They have new owners/new management/staff and they really went out of their way to be friendly, helpful, and to make sure my stay was pleasant. I have stayed here in the past (under previous ownership)-and although nothing was bad back then, I didn’t like that I had to leave the building to go get coffee. Now, there’s a cafe at the bottom of the hotel where they have all sorts of delicious coffees and teas, fresh juice, smoothies and food. This addition just made this place even better. :D

Loooved our stay here!! Best part was the staff/owners. They were so nice and warm and accomodating!! The room was also better than we expected. Spacious, very clean, working AC/heater, very comfy bed and pillows (also love that they provide 4 pillows!!), a lot of sockets and basically everything you need. They also provide bottled water and free water at the lobby. Definitely recommend!

The shower wasnt the best cause it was kinda hard to get the right temperature. It was either ice cold, kinda warm, or burning hot. Not that big of a deal though and they said they’re working on it!
