I didnt like that they didn’t mention that in the shower the H is for (Hielo) ice water in english not Hot and the C is for (Caliente) hot in English not Cold.

Good location with plenty of parking

There were people arguing outside for a good while in the middle of the night and no one came to tell them to go into their rooms. Which means the property is not monitored at night. The toilet made loud noises like it was flushing every 10-15 minutes. Their POS was down for the deposit part, weird in my opinion. So I had to use the atm in the lobby which was almost $5 for the transaction. Vending machines are out of order. Even though checkout isn’t until 11, the cleaning people were out making noise with the carts by 7:30am. There’s no iron in the room.

The room was very appealing, bed was very comfortable. It’s a quant little Hotel. It has a little room with the washers and dryers in it with a microwave for all to use since the rooms just come with a Fridge/freezer combo and a coffee maker with an ice bucket. They have vending machines but make sure to ask if they are in service because we tried to use them only to find out they were empty. The Location is wonderful if your going to any nearby sporting event like to see the Lakers Play like what we were there for! I would definitely stay again. All employees I encountered were very friendly and accommodating.

Location, value, and cleanliness. Staff has always been responsive and attentive. I have stayed here every year at this time for the last 8+ years....to attend the LA International Auto Show.

Property no longer offers any even "continental" breakfast.

My family and I always stay here when we're in town....Rooms are always super clean, check-in is usually pretty smooth and the stay is nice and quiet. May not be in the best location, but still a great, clean affordable spot for my family.

The rooms are super clean, bedding is always clean and comfortable, my only complaint about the whole stay is the floors. could use a quick wipe/mop atleast at the beginning of stay. I think I probably noticed it more because my kids couldn't keep their shoes on :)

Room was clean and the queen size beds were nice and comfortable. The hotel staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating whenever I had a question or a request. The location was nearby the convention center. There was a wide variety of Mexican/Korean food places nearby the hotel.

There was no microwave in the room, however I did discover there was one in the lobby. Also I don't believe they serve breakfast anymore.

The customer service was great both when I checked in & out. Enough parking spaces for all guests, and the my room was really nice and big. We had a very comfortable king size bed, mini refrigerator, and the room was huge. The neighborhood was very Hispanic oriented. The staff had excellent recommendation for breakfast and we ate at RODEO Restaurant. Good food and great prices.

One silly thing, their soda vending machines were not working. I didn't want to go to the store for a soda, and their 2 machines were down. Bummer!!!

It was very charming, the rooms were excellent

Only thing was that we couldn’t get the tv to connect with the cable. We tried to get in on, but failed to do so, went to ask the front desk for assistance, since there was no phone, told us what we needed to do, tried again, failed. Went back thinking the remote may have needed new batteries, nope didn’t work either. Made sure to advise office agent about it. She asked if the night agent went to help fixed it, we said no, that wasn’t an option given to us. So basically we had to entertain ourselves the old fashion way….

I usually always stay at this hotel whenever I'm down in LA for a concert. It's safe, and it's about $9-$11 for an Uber or Lyft to get to downtown. They also offer free parking, which is a huge plus in LA.

Unfortunately, the room we stayed in had no microwave. I'm not sure if this is true for all the rooms, or just for the one we got. So if you have leftovers, or want to re-heat your lunch in the room, you're not able to. However, I do believe I saw a microwave when I was checking-in, in the main office. I'm pretty sure the friendly staff would let you use it. But like I said before, it could have just been my room.
