Great location, right across the street from LA LIVE and the crypto arena! The staff was really nice, and their security team was amazing and helpful when my girlfriend and I had a safety concern off property. The room was clean and possibly my favorite part was literally the shampoo & conditioner, that brand & scent was to die for. I now buy it for myself!! First time I’ve ever loved a hotel shampoo.

The food options aren’t to rave, and using the food credit was a bit confusing

Housekeeping was great! The bathroom was as expected. Amenities included. You can open the windows. The bed was comfy and very clean. The location is perfect, few blocks from metro and others venues. The staff nice and friendly. The room is a little dark as the window is small, not too bad.

The pool was dirty. There is a destination fee that you have to pay- if you use or not-, it includes a few services as a credit. The local tax expense rate was not up to date, there was a difference between the bill and what was expected. Also, you have to make a deposit of 100 usd for each day you stay, that will be return in 7 more or less business days. The noice isolation could be improved, but was not too bad.

We went for one night only to go to the lakers game so this was absolutely perfect for this reasoning. Close to good food and drinks

The property was great but location outside of needing to just go to crypto.com arena wouldn’t be recommended. For the reasoning we were there though, it was perfect. Valet parking took a bit long

Very nice room, comfy bed, very clean as expected

Parking 55$ per night, so expensive.. also there was a homeless man with dogs litterally 20m from the hotel, it was a litle sketchy to pass there and the street itself is a litle bit sketchy

The room is very clean! And location is really convenient. The staff is very helpful and friendly! When we had questions about the breakfast, an front desk agent, Andrea, was very helpful and cleared everything!

The door of the bathroom is pretty difficult to open, and the swimming pool is not as deep as I assumed.

The hotel is just 3 mins walk from the Crypto.com Arena. Super convenient to walk over for NBA game. Checking in and out was easy and the staffs were friendly. The gym is just at my room level, it is pretty big and well equipped.

Location, very near the Crypto Arena, Universal Studios, Hollywood, and many more family attractions and restaurants

Valet parking was a bit busy at times. But wait time to get our car wasn’t very long. Maybe 5 - 10 minutes depending on how busy and how many staff.

The location was ideal for us. We came into town for the weekend primarily to attend a game at Crypto Arena and this location was an easy short walk to the area and all the surrounding activities. Also, even though we didn't get to check out the pool, it looked inviting.

The breakfast was good but with only one kind of refresh fruit during our stay, should be offer more then one

The hotel is situated downtown LA close to LA LIVE/crypto.com arena/LA convention centre. Very friendly personel, large rooms, very nice gym. The pool was closed unfortunately, so I cannot comment on this.
