Very clean, had all basic necessities you can think of, bed was unexpectedly comfortable, room was a nice size and there's a really nice restaurant connected to the hotel right on the ground floor. You can directly communicate with the front desk through messages really easily by just scanning a qr code on the room card key holder. It was overall great for a one night stay, especially since the area also felt safe when we arrived there at night

The walls and windows are really thin, so you can hear people moving around in the hallway and cars passing by outside. Our room was also by the elevator, which is old and particularly noisy. Mini bar is expensive (especially the water) so stock up on drinks and snacks before. There is no room temperature control from inside the room, but we didn't need any anyway when we went (end of November)

I absolutely love the location and the laid back atmosphere the most. Walking distance to farmers market, The Grove and several great local food placed (Canters, Fat-burgers, Joan’s on 3rd etc) and good shopping. Staff are lovely. Rooms are adequate size and I enjoyed the “optional” housekeeping. The restaurant on site is very nice too but a shame it’s independent of the hotel so you can’t charge food to room. Also - top tip - they will give you bottled water for your room. I find the charging for a small bottle of water in the room a bit awful!

I hate the set up of the centrally controlled AC/heating. It’s either freezing or too hot and you have to scan a QR code and send a message to reception to adjust your room temperature- such a faff!! I wasn’t keen on the new refurb - been staying here for a while and preferred the old style rooms. My friend was disturbed 2 nights of 5 and had to move rooms due to loud idiot guests making partying in the corridors and a loud tv/snoring neighbour (thin walls!). When you’re coming from the UK and jet lagged - not fun to be woken up like this…

We were upgraded to the suite upon arrival - what a way to start the trip! The suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, as is the entire hotel. It is stunning! We ate two meals at the restaurant, breakfast and dinner, and enjoyed both very much. The staff was warm and friendly, and we just overall enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We typically stay with family while in town, but we will certainly be back. We went to The Comedy Store which was a quick drive, so there are a lot of really cool spots to visit close to the property. We noticed a cat cafe across the street (!!) but we unfortunately did not have time to visit. Thank you for everything!

If I had any criticism, I would say the elevator being directly in front of the door to the suite was occasionally loud with guests arriving at all hours. The elevator door makes a loud bang when closing, but I truly did not mind these things at all.

Location... it was fantastic for everything I needed to see and do in West Holywood. The hotel has a cafe as part of its facilities. The breakfast wraps were excellent, as was the coffee. Loved it. The rooms and hotel decor looked incredible.

The smallest of things... a kettle would have been nice. If there was one available, I honestly didn't see it. A kettle though... I was gasping for a brew.

A really cosy hotel, not very big so was rather quiet and great location. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in and water pressure in the shower was idyllic. All the staff on the desk were lovely!

The air conditioning unit was quite loud and woke me up but the team turned this off for me. I was able to hear the full conversation one morning from the room next door. This only happened on one day though.

We liked the location and friendly staff that were always able to assist us. Comfy bed, GREAT water pressure and the food in Blue Daisy is delicious.

The rooms are very dark. There is no where for any storage with drawers like a night stand or book shelf of sorts. It was decorated very minimalist which we do understand is in right now, however I could have done without all the random books for a little counter top space or storage. We also waited a very long time for service in Blue Daisy although we were the only table eating that morning.

The area around the hotel is very safe and clean compared to other neighborhoods, and the restaurant downstairs and the fast food restaurant across the diagonally are convenient. 😄 The best thing is the service of the hotel, which will kindly tell me how to get to the scenic spot I want to go to. The bedroom will be clean and tidy, and the service is good

I absolutely loved the location - within a stone's throw away from the bustling nightlife in West Hollywood, The Grove, and other must-see sights. The room was quite comfortable, albeit a bit dark. The staff were very nice and friendly.

The centralised air conditioning was a bit of a bummer. Also as this is along Melrose Ave, and faces the street, expect some noise. Although there is nothing that can be done, the parking clearance was much lower than usual. Lastly, I got charged for the mini bar item, which I didn't consume. Please note that this was eventually reversed, but it was weird that that happened.
