It was a good experience. We stay here often. Close to home & work. It's a good place to be alone and. Enjoy yourself and relax.

Needs extra blankets for extra comfort but we usually bring our own extra. Only reason we need need then is cause I like it cold and my love likes it warm and I keep it to cool Lol.. Otherwise it's a wonderful experience and we keep returning and will continue 🤍

Natalie was absolutely fabulous. Although neither of us is handicapped our Booking.com room was designed for those with disabilities. It was sizeable,k great shower, well light but without a refrigerator. We asked Natalie if it were possible to have a refrigerator brought to our room but she said that she could relocate us. She found us a room though she had to clean it before we could occupy it. She is an amazing worker. She runs from one end of the building to the other cleaning, meeting people's needs, getting breakfast served and all with a smile and good nature. Though all businesses are short-handed and getting people to work even if they have a job is difficult she is overworked. Quality Inn is so very fortunate to have her and our hope is that they treat her well.

inky thing was in the tuesday at check in the person said breakfast is served 6:30-8:30 so we set an alarm for 7:30 for the morning but on tuesday night we were tired and decided to sleep in Wednesday .. we were surprised when i rang the front desk at 8:45 to see if i could come down and make coffee for my husbsnd and I that breakfast was still on ! the staff member said its 6:30-9:30 weekdays ( i even repeated the time to the person at front desk on tursfay afternoon and they said yes 6:30 -8:30 .. as i thought it seemed early to end at 8:30)

The location was good, staff was friendly, breakfast was great, room was clean

The pool needed cleaned seen something laying in the bottom of it lookedlike a wad of hair, the beds were to firm for us

There were people coming and going all night. It sounded like kids running up and down the hallway, yelling after 1 am.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Side exit was layden with cigarette but eventhough there was a butt receptacle. I understand that staff cannot not control inconsiderate smokers however I thought I would bring this to your attention....just an observation
