Comfortable & clean & quite

Housekeeping knocking on our door 30 mins before check out and asking us if we're leaving. After telling her we are leaving in 30 mins when it's check out time she said "well it's close enough".

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel was clean and location was perfect.

Coffee not available for early risers. No alcohol beverages available for purchase. Windows in room do not open so rooms are a bit stuffy.

Good location, quiet, clean. Excellent temperature control.

Ice machine on our floor was out of order. But at least there was a sign to that effect that directed us to one on another floor.

New, nice room, big shower!

Front desk person changed rooms, but forgot to rekey, so key didn’t work snd had to ho back to front dedk for rekey to get in room! Oops! Other than that, good place to stay, and will next time in McCook!

Hotel was very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool area and gym were nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing!

Couldn't make the room any cooler than 76 degrees. Made it kinda hard to sleep since it was a little warm.

Breakfast was great. Love the options available to you. Well lit lobby.

Wish there was a hot tub at the hotel. I like pools with family, but my week was so stressful. I really could have used a hot tub.

Stayed on cross-country road trip. Check-in staff was great -- helped with dinner recommendations and directions. Breakfast had good variety (and thank you for the decaf coffee!) and room was clean. Just as expected for price/brand.

You need one more staff person during breakfast hours. It was so hard to keep the food filled. Lots of waiting for hot especially. She did great trying to keep up.

Location was great and the room size very nice.

We stayed at the Motel previously 3 years prior. I felt the cleanliness was not up to par. The bathroom especially, I cleaned the shower ledge of dust build up, we had no shower gel and the toilet bowl looked as if it needed a good scouring.
