I loved how there was the arcade attached and the food court with so many options.

When I was checking in I was trying to ask staff a question, I was ignored. I tried to ask again and the lady was very rude and not helpful. Disappointed with that interaction and her customer service.

The location we found was great. You can take an escalator up to a bridge, get you several shops, restaurants, and even more bridges that take you to Caesar’s Palace, Bellagio, Planet Hollywood. Also in the horseshoe hotel downstairs is a great place for kids: TwilightZone, miniature golf, an arcade, Subway, Sbarro Pizza, Johnny Rockets hamburger, Nathan‘s hotdog, Ben & Jerry’s, ice cream. Also the hotel leads to a little shopping area and then next-door is the Paris Hotel. Also, the rideshare is right next to registration, which makes it easy for Uber/Lyft. Also, on the other side of registration out front is where you get a taxi.

We wish they had coffee makers inside the rooms, so instead you have to pay at least $6+ to get a cup of coffee. I saw several people going around the corner to CVS to buy instant coffee/small coffee makers to make coffee in their room instead. After this trip, I ordered on Amazon a thermos that you plug in that boils water and brought my own instant coffee/teabags/creamer/sugar, etc.

The location

I dislike the fact that I was made to pay higher than what was indicated during my reservation on Bookings. Also, the additional charges that were debited from my credit card at the time of reservation were not totally refunded even after a complete payment was made at the check in day. I felt very bad but had no contact to express my displeasure.

Room was clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Location was perfect since our friends were staying at the Ballagio across the street.

I wish these hotels still had coffee makers in the rooms. It pretty much forces you to go downstairs to buy their overpriced average coffee.

Staff member didi mot want to check us in ss it was 3 minutes brfore 3pm and wanted us to go to the back of the line that was very long. As we would not move she did it, by then it waas 3pm anyway. Not the best first impression, but hotel was very good. Perfect location

Value was good. Good location - we enjoyed being able to leave the hotel and be in the middle of everything. The room was clean and quiet.

The check-in line took about an hour to get through. I received a check-in email, but the links didn’t work. Same for check-out. I received an email to check out online, but links didn’t work, so had to wait in line. Difficult to talk to an actual person. Used phone to call for towels, waited about 15 minutes to talk to a human. In the lobby, it’s difficult to talk to a person. The one person at the desk I did ask (after waiting in a line to talk to someone) about baggage check was rude.

I liked this hotel. I really did. The regular room is a good size but i definitely recommend the suite with the strip/ fountain view. So nice. The casino - Great! Very Nice without being pretentious. I had a great time playing. Downstairs they have a nice Arcade, souvenir store, food court, great gym! Lucy and Lena at the front desk, thank you. Lucy is shy about it, but she is awesome!

Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Loved the room service.

No place to sit in the lobby without being at a slot machine. Also, check-in area smelled terrible, lots of 2nd hand smoke. Not pleasant at all. Also, would have liked a coffee maker in the room. This is a typical feature, but one not offered at Horseshoe. Instead you pay $6 for a cup of black coffee.

Large rooms comfortable bed.

The property itself was great but I am irritated I paid extra for a “fountain view” when there’s a huge hotel in between blocking the fountain from view. It wouldn’t brother me if I hadn’t been prompted to pay for the upgrade when there wasn’t a view at all.

The horseshoe hotel is very centrally located to The strip and walking distance to most places. It is about half an hour from the airport if one catch a Uber cab. I booked this room via booking.com. There is self check in and check out kiosk machine for one to do self checking in. The staff is helpful only when you approached them for help. The casino is link to Paris hotel casino. I choose this hotel of the location and the antelope canyon tour which has the pick up from this hotel and Paris hotel. I love the spacious room that is given to me at 2578. I am thankful to have the view of the sphere from my room. My room has a great sofa suite. They have a common lobby at nt fkoor where there is vending machine of bottle water and also free ice dispenser machine. I was having wifi issue but the technician is helpful and quick to solve the problem. I like the lighting that comes with usb and wireless charging for my phone and other device. Note that in all US hotel they do not provide kettle. There is a fridge provided. The toiletries are good but note that there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. REM to bring your own. There is a fridge in this hotel. I have to clean up the fridge a little on the stain before I can use. Tv is great. Bathroom is good too. There is nearby 24 hours cvc pharmacy near Paris hotel which one can get alcohol and snacks. The housekeeping service is good in here. Thank you for keeping my room tidy and clean.

One has to pass by a smoky casino corridor before entering to the resort apartment elevator lobby. This is the only part I don’t really enjoy.
