Perfect location, excellent view, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Communicative and helpful.

I might have missed it in the listing or messages, but perhaps clearer instructions on how to find the location and check in would be helpful. For example, knowing to park on level B3 and look for Jockey Club Elevators. Then to go to security rather than the check in line.

Great location (inside Jockey club), connected to Cosmo and a quick walk to Bellagio. Enough beds to travel with a group. Our room had a great view of the fountains. Rooms also have a kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave and stove.

Check in can be confusing with just a small office inside a separate resort that is also attached to another resort. Some things are definitely dated, bathroom/shower being functional but could use an update.

The location on the center strip is prime, and the view looking into the Bellagio fountain is absolutely unbeatable

The way that there are 4 beds crammed into one bedroom is not very user friendly, kicking into a bedframe in the middle of the night getting into the bathroom is almost inevitable. Bathroom could use some deep cleaning.

Lot of space, great location, great communication with the property management, parking lot and great kitchen, amazing view, I totally recommend this place

Getting to this place is unnecessarily complicated. The host provided an incorrect address and directed us to another hotel without clear instructions on how to proceed. Once we finally arrived, accessing the unit and parking was just as confusing. However, after figuring it out the first time, it became easier. The listing is misleading. It gives the impression of having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, but in reality, it’s a one-bedroom unit with two beds crammed into the living room and four tightly packed beds in the bedroom. There is barely any space to move between them, making it difficult to access the bathroom. In fact, one of our guests hit his toe so hard on the bed due to the tight spacing that it turned purple. The sheets were ripped and too small for the beds. No extra toilet paper, just a half-empty roll, and the closet in the hallway has no door. Additionally, the listing leads you to believe to have two full bathrooms, but that’s not true. There is only one full bath with a tub/shower, while the second bathroom just has a sink and toilet. The full bath was in poor condition, with peeling paint in the tub and visible mold and mildew on the walls. On top of that, the provided toiletries were minimal—just two tiny bottles of shower gel labeled for men. To make matters worse, I had booked and paid for a stay for five people, yet the host aggressively insisted that I pay extra for the fifth guest. Fortunately, I had saved a screenshot proving that I had already paid, or I likely would have been charged again. The host was pushy about collecting additional fees, and Booking.com offered no support in resolving the issue. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
