The warm hospitality of the staff made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering stunning views of the city that we enjoyed every morning. The on-site amenities, including the pool and gaming area, provided endless entertainment for both of us. Plus, the hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the best of Las Vegas.

One aspect I didn't particularly like about our stay was the proximity to a road under construction. While I had concerns about potential noise, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the noise levels were minimal and only noticeable during the day. It didn't significantly impact our overall experience, but it’s something to consider if you’re looking for complete tranquility.

The room was great and the hotel was very quiet. Diane, our housekeeper was fantastic! She really outdid herself!

The desk staff, as well as the manager could use a lesson in customer service! The young lady that was working the day we checked in, she was great! But the others could certainly learn a lesson from her! And Jane, the housekeeper we had for only one day didn’t make up the room. All she did was replace the towels and take out the garbage, this after I had requested that it would be. But she certainly took the tip!

For being in Henderson and not Vegas, it has the charm of old-school Vegas in the most unexpected way. Booked while stopped for gas on the way from Reno, and it has old-school casino vibes with antiques and the best amount of charm, without the chaos of Vegas. An attached casino, but no noise overlap. Pet friendly, as noted from a dog a few rooms down but once our door was shut, you couldn't hear any barking. On-site security, too. Very comfy bed, a massive room with an electric fireplace, his & hers sinks, just all-around unexpected for the price point.

A few stray crickets in the corners that were ushered out under the door, we put towels down along the main door to the room to block them from coming back in. Parking lot was a little sketchy but well-lit.

My room was a nice size, not too big or too small and it was very clean. All amenities were easily accessible. All staff was friendly and professional. The food in the restaurant decent with large portions

The mattress in my room was extra firm and so were the pillows. Difficult to get comfortable for me. There was construction going on at the time of my visit that made it somewhat difficult to maneuver but that wasn't any fault of the hotel.

They accept pets with a small fee each night. They usually are very accommodating when you request a particular floor or room. The restaurant has good food and it’s attached to the hotel and casino.

The area around hotel can be a bit “shady” and you need to be aware. But they are upgrading that section of town and the hotel is very secure.

The room was clean, the walk in shower and large shower head was great. The bedroom passages are nice and very wide/

Nothing, I liked most of the things.

The surrounding area outside of the parking area might make you skeptical, but ignore that! The lobby is very nice, clean, and the staff is wonderful! Shout out to Lucas and the woman he was training...those two are great! Both very friendly, and Lucas was very knowledgeable, and patient. The room was comfortable, and relaxing. Next time we're in Henderson (probably for a hockey game) we'll definitely stay here again!

Honestly, the surrounding neighborhood, but that's out of their control. Totally not a deterrent, seriously.

Beautiful hotel. We were visiting relatives and they came and enjoyed us and we had an excellent dinner in the hotel's restaurant. Great casino and decor. Clean. Staff kind and helpful. Only drawback was the pool was closed for renovations, but it happens. Also being seniors hotel was good to get around. We will return.

Liked that they had a casino and restaurant downstairs. We had breakfast and it was good! We also liked that it was quiet. It wasn’t a far drive to the strip which was nice. The room great for what we needed.

Could have been a little cleaner. Coffee machine was not cleaned that well and bathroom could have used another wipe down. Also no microwave but that’s not huge deal.

Parking was fine, the check was smooth, the entrance took your straight to the elevator to your room, the AC was fantastic, and the bathroom was big.

The toilet was small and shower floor was very slippery with no bath mat on the inside or side floor. Also the marble seat in the shower was extremely slippery I almost slipped off the seat on to the shower floor.
