The property is well located on the main drag. My room was well laid out and had all the necessities: microwave, fridge, coffeemaker. Water was hot and shower wasn’t weird. Bed comfy, room was quiet, and very clean. Hilariously, I went out for food and couldn’t remember my room number when I got back ( I’d been on the road several days, and I’m old 🤷‍♂️) I had to ask desk clerk my room number when I got back and he didn’t even laugh in my face. Hopefully he told everyone after I left though, which is fair. Very pleasant on check in too, which was nice. I pass thru Roswell 3-4 times a year, and I will definitely stay here again. Got my money’s worth, and was very comfy.

Even though the room I booked was not the room that I ended with, the staff and management were more than willing to help me with my needs. There was just a small overbooking issue that I was not notified of until we checked in. The manager then proceeded to do what he could to help me with our stay. Would definitely stay here again. This is an old hotel with smaller rooms however the hotel is extremely well decorated, remodeled and very clean. Breakfast was as good as seen on other reviews.

Rooms were a little small but that is not something you can fix. However, hotel made up for it in other ways.

I really enjoyed the room and house keeping staff. It was a pleasure to be greated in the hall and being asked if I was enjoying my stay. The Little things matter.

The elevator was very hot, also upon check in the front desk clerk seemed less then enthused. Completed check in efficiently, however when asked about if some events were going on as it seemed busy. I was hoping to get some Intel on fun things to do while I was in town, I got a stand off ish response, " Nope nothing" in a very dry tone. wasn't sure if it was a sense of humor thing I didn't catch or if they genuinely didn't know. Just kind of didn't left me wondering if I had made a good pit stop choice.

Room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. There was no coffee so had to wait to have some made. Otherwise, everything was great. The beds were very comfortable.

The front desk men were not very friendly or welcoming. They didn't even say welcome or enjoy your stay. Just asked for my name upon check in, gave me a screen to sign and handed me my key cards. At check out, I turned in my card key and the gentleman didn't even acknowledge me nor ask how our stay was or come back soon. Just took card and walked away. I didn't dare ask for an invoice since I had already pre-paid for the room. They both were obviously not happy to be there. Also, the hot tub did not work. I set the timer but nothing happened. It was also dirty so didn't use it which was very disappointing after driving several hours and wanting to just relax in the hot tub.

Breakfast was good with several selections — cereal, eggs, sausage, yogurt, apples. Decaf coffee was cold on several days. Room quite large with great lighting.

I had to ask for room cleaning which was supposed to be every 3 days for an extended stay of a week. Room was “cleaned”, but replaced only 1 washcloth and did not empty the trash. One day prior to departure, a thorough job was done, including changing the bed. Seems like a waste, should have been done mid-week.

It was small and a good location

The check-in clerk. Smirky and extremely rude. Watch the videos I was sick and it took over 20 minutes for someone to come check me in. I called on the service phone thinking I was at the wrong check-in counter. When I called the attendant says, “front desk”. I said, “m apologies, I don’t know where the front desk is”. Long silence-then he huffs, “It’s right in front of you!”… 10 minutes later he arrived to help me. Inconsiderate.

Facility was very well kept up with. Room was clean.

Called and asked for a room with 2 beds and was told that they had nothing left. Looked online, and found that they had 5 rooms left, one of them being the "King Suite", which had 1 king size bed, as well as a couch with a pull out mattress(2nd bed). Booked online with no problem after the staff at the front desk said they had nothing available.

Room was large, bed was comfortable, bathroom was strangely huge. Pool was open. Breakfast had a few hot items (scrambled eggs and sausage links) that weren't carbs.

Room 107 is super loud. I didn't realize until people arrived after us and started making noise in the lobby and walking down the hall, but you can hear every single thing that happens in the lobby and hallway. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room above the first floor. Front desk wouldn't change us because we asked after too long at time and thus considered the room "used"

The location was great , clean , and quite Breakfast options were on point Overall a great stay for the price

The door to our room (302) was to me not very secure it did lock however . To me when closing it didn’t close all the way , the latch was loose and wouldn’t stay in place. I made my husband put a bench in front of the door as I was uncomfortable with the door. This should probably be taken care of by the property

The king size suite was very clean ,spacious, beds were very comfortable. Room was overall very nice and very very quite & enjoyable. The lighting was the best I've ever seen in a hotel room , let me just say it was very bright and clean ! Hallways were very quite at night . Very reasonable price !! Man the shower was super relaxing with two shower heads, one in your face other above your head both had great pressure & very hot water that lasted awhile. Definitely going to stay again if ever needed !

The inside pool looked dirty so we didn't get in it .. The hot tub wasn't working just had old looking water in it .. Very cool to the touch . But from my understanding it is getting fixed soon . Other then the hot tub . I loved it .
