The best aspect of my stay was the staff, especially the fellow, Chris, who greeted me when I arrived late after driving from the airport in thick fog and Megan, who bid me farewell when I left and gave me directions. I observed Megan who was very kind as she attended to an elderly gentleman at breakfast who was having trouble with his hearing appartus. Chris and Megan were warm, welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. The housekeeping staff were great, too! Also, the bed was so comfortable. I appreciated the fact that it was quiet so I was able to rest when I really needed it. Breakfast was delicious and I liked the variety of what was offered. It was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you so very much.

These are suggestions, not complaints. I wish there was a welcoming binder or folder in the room with basic information, such as when breakfast was served on weekdays and weekends. The staff told me at the front desk but I'd forgotten when I got to the room. Maybe a laminated map of OKC of attractions and nearby eateries. Although, there were plenty of brochures about area attractions downstairs. I truly loved my stay! Thank you.

Holiday Inn Express and Suites Oklahoma City North is a standard Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are sparse but clean and well-furbished. The breakfast was good. The staff was nice. Everything met expectations.

The location is a bit “off” – located behind a service station for semi-tracker trailers. It feels like you are in the middle of nowhere… not in a nice “in the countryside” nowhere, but an underdeveloped semi-industrial zone kind of nowhere. The owner was also in the midst of re-decorating. I’m not sure why. The former décor seemed modern and neutral enough. For some reason, he wanted something even more minimalist. In my opinion, he is wasting a lot of money.

Recently refurbished king room was spaceous with very good overhead lighting throughout the room (something very few hotel rooms offer). In room facilities included an adjustable thermostat controlled window A/C & heater, coffee/tea maker, a microwave, TV, telephone and a refrigerator. The furnishings included good size space to place two open suitcases and a comfortable chaise lounge chair. The bed was VERY comfortable and the modern bathroom looked brand new, including the bathtub shower.

The location was great for a stop-over as quiet and only a short distance from I-35 with a Sonic and Cracker Barrel nearby but NOT a location I would recommend if you want to walk to something nearby as hotel is close to a commercial truck stop and truck wash.

Located right off of the expressway which was nice and convenient for my travel needs. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I was traveling solo so the king suite was roomy and the sofa was comfy in there as well. Housekeeping was great. Arrived on Friday left out on Sunday with absolutely no issues. Hotel is near truck stops so there is a lot of foot traffic around the area but even with that I never felt unsafe or anything. I'd definitely stay here again whenever I'm in OKC.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. She wound up waiving the pet fee for my friend's standard poodle. Comfortable room and updated bathroom. Breakfast was your good standard faire (pancake machine too).

The location is a bit funky--convenient off of the highway but you wind up driving through either a gas station or a semi-truck repair place to get there. Few restaurants in the area except the fast food garbage. Not their fault.

Location was great! Easy highway access! Very clean, from hallways to the room. The staff is very friendly! The front desk staff was especially nice , friendly and helpful.

Ummm...nothing! It was all a very pleasurable experience!! The 2 night stay was great! The only thing was, I was given a handicap room and that was ok, except I would have loved a tub with shower.

Bright. Updated. Quiet. Staff were nice. Parking was good. Good wifi. Nice room decor & colors!!

TV remote didn't work. Hair on bathroom floor & night stand- not ours. Bed frame broken on 1 bed was noisy. Toliet- when flush- hit the top of the lid & made it pop up & slam back down. Reservation for 3 but only 2 wash clothes in room (we got more so ok!) Overall- we were pleased though!!

Location was exactly what we needed as we were there to take family to Six Flags ⎯ Frontier City. The executive king room was perfect for our big family⎯very spacious room for our 3 night stay. We really appreciated the privacy/not being bothered about guest, since we did have a lot of family members coming to our room to visit our daughter for her 3rd birthday.

There was a roach on the window seal. We had someone try and come into our room at 5am⎯with 5 kids this was an extreme scare. The front desk always said they were out of towels. When in the pool area, the front desk personal basically threw the towels in there, leaving it very unorganized.

We loved the customer service they gave us ideas on where to go and what to see. Also the heater wasn't working in our room so the moved us into another room with such ease and not far away so I didn't have to walk far for my handicap needs! I would recommend this place to anyone!

The beds were kinda hard.

The hotel was a great price, location was alright. We were walking distance from a travel stop, and far enough from the highway that we didn't hear road noise all night. It wasn't far from the zoo either.

The pool was over seasoned, but the temp was great and it seemed clean. There was a large crack in our sink, but that's not the end of the world for us. Still a good stay overall.
