Value per price was excellent. Swimming pool, sauna, own balcony and small mitchenette are all extra compared to ordinary hotel room.

The place is far from the main tourist atractions. But in principle almost everything is easy to reach by trains from Resit because there is there are couple oftrain stations very near. Unfortunately by the time we were there, the most critical RarB and line V to Versailles happened to be out of use, so we got trapped. There is also a quick option to visit in St. Mont Michel by taking a long distance train from Massy and change in Rennes. Disneyland is also just 30 minutes away by using high speed and high cost train.

Staff were accommodating when I needed assistance. The elevators were working.

There was some confusion regarding my booking and I received a phone call part way through my stay telling me I needed to be out of my room and it was past check out time. This was sorted out but a little stressful at the time. I asked for a print out of my charges to be emailed me but I never received that information.

Spacious Room, Comfortable Bed and nice interiors. Happy to revisit anytime in the future.

Everything worked fine, would stay here again. Not a big deal but having Netflix on the TV or some sort of Chrome Cast feature would have made it a perfect one. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

The jacuzzi didn't work but that was well communicated.

The location was phenomenal...only a few minutes' walk from the Massy-Palaiseau train station, as well as numerous restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores. I thought it would take a long time to get into the Paris city center, but we made the trip daily in just 25-35 minutes, and Versailles was even closer. The pool (nice and warm), hot tub (nice and hot), and sauna were all exceptional, and my whole family appreciated having robes provided for us to wear to the pool area.

The rooms are cramped with five people. I think any room that has to have both sofa beds in use would be cramped. Even with this space issue and only having one bathroom for so many people, I would book here again. The value is incredible.

Good mattress and sheets, efficient clean room with a bath and a kitchenette with more than I needed. But the combination of sauna and pool was the cherry on the cake. I arrived late and very tired and left the next day relaxed and revived after a swim and a good breakfast. Well done team I will be back

2 simple and easy things to fix:. 1. coming from overseas I didn’t know how to call reception so I had to leave the room and walk back to reception to ask. 2. Didn’t realise I had a bath suit and house shoes for the pool in my room so I had to go back to my room to pick them up. + I had to go back to reception to ask to turn on the sauna as I didn’t know beforehand

The deposit money 250 euro should be given on same day while checking out. I am still waiting for deposit amount even after a month. I am still following up with Hotel and hope to get my money back soon. otherwise there was not at all issue during stay.

The spa area was perfect for us, nothing grand but peaceful enough to relax and enjoy.

A self-catering hotel with minimal facilities for cooking, don't expect too much from the kitchen.

Paid parking not mentioned via Booking. Room was not ready when we arrived (15.00u). 250eur deposit reserved on creditcard for many days, no reply via email on this questions. But overall really nothing to complain about.
