Everything was brilliant. From the check-in accommodation to the staff being on-hand 24/7 to ensure everything needed was handled with care. The room was beautiful, the views stunning, and the gym, which is often a major letdown for 5* hotels, was pretty decent (tho it could use a stair master, but that's just me nitpicking). The location was great - a 15-minute walk by the bay to Jackson's Square and Peak Tram and 30 to the airport, if you're happy to get a cheap uber (or even cheaper local taxi) to the station to get the airport express. The in-house restaurants are amazing and all have a variety of delicious foods from various cuisines, catering to pretty much all dietary requirements (including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free). The bars are great, too, and the pool is just the cherry on the cake. Overall, I don't see myself staying in any other hotel whenever I am in HK. Phenomenal experience.

Again, this is me very much nitpicking. - The breakfast is incredible, but perhaps there could be more vegan protein items (tofu, seitan and even some fake-meats for those who enjoy it). There are plenty of vegan-friendly items, just not many of them lean proteins. - The gym is very good and stands above many other 5* hotels, but could have a stair master to amplify cardio options (which are currently covered by the elliptical, bike, the many treadmills and, of course, the amazing pool.

The breakfast was exceptional, and the Club Access option was truly worthwhile—you can eat and drink there almost the entire day. However, if you’re on a foodie trip, you might consider skipping this option. I highly recommend paying a little extra for a room with a harbor view—the location offers one of the best vistas. I would have given this hotel 10/10 if I could forget about the price aspect, but it's one of the costliest hotels we've ever stayed in, that's why it's 9/10.

The price. TV was blocking the view in our room. Apart from that it's one of the best hotels.

Toiletries like shower cap and tooth paste are not available, I need to pay even though I stayed for the whole week there. I ordered room service spaghetti bolognaise it was dried and overcooked. It's a disappointment.

The staff in all departments were really welcoming. Particularly Sam received us very well and made sure we had all the items we needed for our stay before we reached our room from reception. The room and all common areas were super clean and family friendly

The room view was what I was expecting from HK.

There is construction going on near by, causing unconfort while trying to get some rest. This was never disclosed while.making the reservation.

Location is great! Love the view of the habour! Nice, big and clean room. The King bed is huge! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful too! Felt very welcomed!
