Convenient location. Close to shops and food stores.

Not enough space if you shop a lot. Space is just enough for you to sleep/rest.

The hotel is located right in the middle of Kowloon and everything is easily reachable from here. The check-in was time flexible and the room had the perfect size for travellers who are out most of the day. Perfect for solo travelling! The caretaker was very caring and provided clean towels and toiletries.

There is some construction on the building this hotel is located in, so if you like sleeping in, you might be woken up by drilling. Also there is no Washer even though it's listed on booking. Not a huge issue since there are many public washers nearby.

Near to everything. Train, ladies market, food stalls and shopping. aircon and wifi is strong. And everything is good. Clean room. Its cheap price so I didn't expect an extravagant room but its liveable. The staff is very very kind. He is using translator sometimes since he didn't know english to communicate with us. They have shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush , free drinking water outside the room. Shower has hot and cold water. Everything is good.

I spent money to call the staff but I wasn't able to use it. No one is in the address and its locked. But He replied in booking.com saying that he was coming already. I thought he will take too long. We were surprised because of the look and situation in the hotel and thought we will be staying in the under construction hotel but we didn't. We were transfered in the other hotel just in front of the building. Its like more an apartment style.

- The hotel was at the center of Mongkok district, close to the metro station, the night market, and so many restaurants. - The caretaker who assisted us was cool, he tried his best even with limited English, and we felt very welcomed in the property. - I was surprised by how clean everything was. - There was free water and also a microwave in the complex, so we were able to save a bit of money because of it. - Internet was fast. - Our room is located at the 3rd floor, and we didn't have any problems lining up at the elevator to go to it.

- The room and toilet was a bit small, but manageable. - just one pillow.

Location: Very convenient near Mongkok MRT station, the ladies' market, and Nathan Road, Shanghai Road, Argyle Street, etc. Safety: The property is monitored with security cameras, which gives a good sense of security. Room size: Although the room is actually small (like most in Hong Kong for this 300-400 HKD price range), I would say the room size at this hotel is not bad, that's more or less what you can get in HK for that money, and I would say is probably the best I have got so far compared to similar places I have been in HK previous times. The room was equipped with flip-flops, towels, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo.

Check-in process: It was a bit messy as there is no reception, I knocked the door at the listed room and floor, and nobody answered, it was like 9 p.m... you actually have to call the guy by phone or contact by WhatsApp, I didn't have mobile data nor a sim card activated when I arrived, so had to go to the first floor and ask the buildings' security guy to call, then had to wait to the hotel person to come, and the room was actually on the building in front... I spent about 30-40 minutes in this process. Maybe if I had a sim card and mobile data at hand this would have been easier, so new travelers keep this in mind. Bed size: It's small, well, normal in HK at this style of accommodation in Kowloon but still can't get used to these small size beds.

I love that it located side by side with ladies' market, sim city, MRT station ( Mongkok station ), provide free refill for your drinking water, microwave, i can't find refrigerator around though, clean room for 3 of us.

you need to call or sent email through Booking.com which time you will arrive, so owner will be waiting for you. So hard to find this place, especially if you expect to find a huge signage for this hotel, just find sim city signage

The staff was very accommodating. They let us do a very late check in and allowed us to leave our luggage after check out for our late night trip home. The location was just right in between food stalls, ladies market, sneaker street and a lot more!!

It was clean until we see a few bugs.. but that's just once in our 6 day stay. Better pillows.

Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff in spite of the language barriers. Room was a bit tight on space but to be expected for Hong Kong.

Only issue was it was a bit hard to locate. It's inside a building with many other hotel/ guest houses and it's not clear when arriving into the lobby where to go. Better instructions in the confirmation email would easily fix this

The property is located very close to the MTR Mong Kok Station and is one street away from the Ladies’ Market. The caretaker is also very accommodating.

The building is very old and the space is very small. There was a minor water leak on one part of the wall but thankfully it does not touch any of our things.

Good location, near the street markets in Mongkok. Nice and friendly owner. Room size and cleanliness as expected in HK.

The room smelled of cigarette, not sure where it's coming from. Check in and check out only by calling the owner's HK number.
