Room needs more lighting. Location is convenient especially with the use of the shuttle bus.

Shuttle to MTR was the best thing. So convenient and super fast. At the MTR stop there is a shopping centre on the right side and MTR on the left. The shuttle has a quick turn over - every 30mins. Loved the spaces in the two rooms we had. The drawers we had to put our clothes in, the hangers for clothes to hang. The bed was super comfy and the shower was a blast. Loved the cleaners so friendly and helpful. Would recommend and come back again.

Dirty rooms, floors never vacuumed, sheets never changed during our 6 nights stay. Only towels etc were changed and that's it. when we arrived we opened the door in the bathroom and dust dropped from the top of the door hinges. No laundry services in the hotel. Have to book laundry which is charged per piece of clothing and it can take a day unless its booked as a fast priority one which is more pricey. We had to walk with our laundry to the nearest laundromat which then only took the Octopus card- no coin laundromat close by. The reception staff especially the female ones were quite rude.

The property is worth the price considering a place in Hongkong to rent. The room is spacious, well lit, cozy. The beds are comfortable. The toilet and bathroom are spacious as well and with hot and cold shower with provided soap and shampoo/conditioner. There is sink situated in the room with a mirror. Staff are attentive and nice. There are supplies of coffee, tea, creamer and sugar every day. We extended one day beacuse of the Typhoon signal and we sis not have any difficulty arranging rooms to transfer. The concierge handled it profesionally. The shuttle to and from the MTR Kwai Hing station is well utilised and really helpful for commuting for a hassle free strolling to City Center. Overall it was a great stay!

Conversations can be heard from the adjacent rooms. The smell of the carpet outside the room is not too bad but it kind of annoying. Some staff cant communicate well in english but this is not an issue, because they are really accomodating and nice. No English channel for the Television. Wifi connection is not great and selective, I was not able to connect my two Apple Device for the whole stay but the Android phones can be easily connected to the network. No Free Breakfast. The location is quite far from the MTR Station but this wwas compensated by the Mini Shuttle Van shifting is to and from the nearest MTR station.

It's 24 Hour counter service. When my family was there, the mini fridge was faulty so we called for help in the late night. The lady at the counter with immediate help provided us an ice pack to freeze our items. On the next day, they get a technician to replace it. The whole thing is fast. The room cleaners are friendly too. Large room spaces and near to Kwai Fung mall as well as Hong Kong Disneyland. The toilet bowl is separated from the shower room so it's convenient if one person is showering and the other person can go to the toilet but it may be cons too.

The Aircon in the room is fixed so it will tend to be freezing ( Recommend long covered clothes during sleep ) Tiny insects were found at the basin. And certain areas are dusty. It can be improved. The toilet door is heavy.

Hotel and rooms was ok and acceptable for its price. The location is not an issue as we took Uber throughout the trip. But to reconsider if mainly using train. Check in check out were average without any concerns. We can also leave our luggages and take them in the evening.

Room 801, after coming back to room, always smell the cigarette smoke in the room, especially in the toilet - very strong smell. Can hear voice from room next door, especially when leaning on the bed tops.

Near bus stop, quiet environment, clean room and fast check in and check out

Not many restaurants near the hotel, a bit hard to find restaurant after 8 pm. But there is a restaurant in the hotel.

I like their competitive price in the Tsuen Wan location. Transportation is also available for different choices.

The location is closed to a construction site, and there are lots of trucks and factories around the area.

The hotel is clean and modern, the size of the room was sufficient. Several good food spots are closely located to the hotel. We initially booked without breakfast, but decided to add breakfast one one morning for HKD 68 / person. The buffet is satisfactory but not overwhelming.

The gym was very small and not well-equipped. Furthermore, the noise isolation between rooms wasn't ideal and we were able to hear the guests in the room next door.

I love the modern vibe and even the color pallette of the hotel. I love how fast and quick the hotel staffs. On top of it i have no idea they have free shuttle. It's tucked in a residential and industrial zone
