Everything was wonderful ! Very nice hotel very nice smell, everyone was very friendly and very polite. Great breakfast, a special thanks to VALDO at the restaurant (the cafe Maschine didn’t work at one day, than he went extremely to the bar brought us a cappuccino with a nice touch inside),and also to the housekeeping they tried their best to make us feel comfortable. The whole hotel and restaurant team were very good ! Thanks to everyone working at this hotel !

- The staff were amazing; super friendly and helpful and very professional. - The hotel interior is very modern and very clean, everything was top notch. - The room was super comfortable with a very large smart TV with Netflix. - The breakfast was incredible; there were so many options that in 3 days we were not able to try something from every station. There are options from many different types of cuisine and everything was fresh and very delicious. - We tried two of the hotel restaurants (many different options) and both (one European style, the other Chinese style) were excellent and especially for the very reasonable prices. - The fitness center was great and is open 24 hours. - The pool is large enough to get a good workout.

The room was more spacious and I would recommend for family’s and the facility was beyond my expectations

There was no swimming pool because they were Renovating the pool

(1) All hotel staffs are very polite, including room cleaning staffs. One of the best service quality I have ever experienced. (2) Breakfast taste very good, especially sweets. Japanese pudding is the best.

(1) It was not easy to find “Room Clean Up”and “DND (Don’t Disturb)” signs on buttons located door. I could not find those signs and push the wrong button by accident. More user friendly signs are requested. (2) Laundry service payment could not be included in the final payment at Check out. I was requested to pay cash when I receive laundry. Laundry payment should be included in the final payment in the future.

I’ve stayed in many hotels across different continents for work, and this hotel truly stands out. The breakfast here is the best I’ve had anywhere—the food quality is excellent, and I’d return just for the breakfast alone. The room is also impressive. What you see on the website is exactly what you get: clean, modern, stylish, and fully equipped.

The traffic around the hotel is quite heavy (especially compared to North Jakarta). We had to leave much earlier than the time suggested by Google Maps.

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in my 25 year travel experience, (it's a very new hotel, perhaps it also.contributed), good location between presidential palace and Istiklal Mosque and across MONAS. Lovely stuff, good breakfast, excellent coffee in breakfast and in cafe, good price/quality performance. When you request something or call for the solution of the problem, a hotel worker immediately knocks at your door immediately.

I think my sink choked because water always stayed, I did not want to inform concierge since the maintenance may keep long. We were out in Jakarta most of the time and I did want to keep privacy and it was only 3 days.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is brand new and the rooms are very comfortable. The bed was huge and the shower was amazing. We really had a nice stay, we had the feeling of coming home after a long day exploring in the heat of Jakarta. The breakfast had a lot of options and the eggs station was a perfect touch. We liked the hotel so much that when we had to come back unexpectedly to Jakarta two days after, we booked again.

Strategic location. Hotels are very modern and clean. Gym is also clean and have good equipments.Breakfast is also not bad.

The local guests that are staying there were quite rude and disrespectful. Was at the gym and some guests used the gym to "gossip" while they are having an arvo break. Saw one of them took a picture of me working out (Which I could see from the mirror), but staff asked them to leave.

Easy for food and taxi facilities. Near the mosque

Lobby at the upper floor is ok as there is an escalator. On checking out, the conceige (bell service) has lack of trolleys, we had to bring our 4 luggages down for checking out. The staff said they hve insufficient trolleys. Breakfast could be better.

Very nice hotel not far from Monas. The room had everything that I needed and everything else in the hotel (pool, gym, cafe, restaurants) is great. Besides, everyone in the hotel is really nice and extremely helpful. Definitely will repeat if I am back in Jakarta!
