Excellent hotel. The large, beautifully furnished suite on the premium 14th floor had a huge, curved, floor-to-ceiling window with a spectacular view overlooking Chapultepec Park and castle (and sunset each night). The bed was very comfortable and the bed linens were of high quality. The bathroom was lovely and included two large sinks and an enclosed, walk-in shower. There were also two separate toilet rooms (one near the living room area, the other off the large bathroom.) A table near the elevators on the floor offered free water bottles, tea, coffee, apples (and cookies in the morning). Service was friendly and quick. The hotel was conveniently located - within walking distance of serveral museums in the park and a quick Uber ride to the historic center. The photos on the hotel's website are accurate. Overall a wonderful experience and we would happily stay there again.

While there are two local restaurants and a small coffee shop nearby, you need to take an Uber or taxi for find good dining alternatives. But transport is very inexpensive and easily found.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec. We were at the Fiesta Club level and thus had free access to the Grand Lounge, which included excellent breakfast in the morning and drinks and canapees in the evening, and a great view of the city. Rooms were very clean and well appointed. There is a lot of traffic around the hotel but the rooms are well soundproofed. The people were super friendly and helpful. WiFi worked well. Access to elevators secured by key card. Great location across from the Chapultepec Park and Castle, and in walking distance to Polanco. Their restaurant Azures has outstanding modern Mexican cuisine and excellent service and ambience. Our pre-payment through Booking was accepted without any problems, and there were no billing issues. The other guests were mainly business people and well behaved. We will come back.

I wish they would have a nice outdoor patio.

Perfect location to walk through Chapultepec and down Avenue Reforma. About a 25 minute walk to Polanco. The staff was friendly, our room was spacious and clean. The bed was sooooooo comfortable.

1 thing: They have a coffee maker but the pods are part of the minibar. For the cost of the room/star level of hotel, I can’t believe they would charge for the coffee pods.

My plan was to visit the Museo de Antropologia, a 10-minute walk from the hotel, which gives you a great insight into the Mesoerican civilization. The museum hides the extend of the slaughter that the Aztecs inflicted on other Indian tribes and its own population, but it is still a great museum. Also, Fiesta sits at the edge of the Chapultepec Park. With a 15-minute walk, you get to the historic Chapultepec Castle on a hill with a nice view of Mexico Citi. Also, the view from your hotel room is magnificent! The hotel has a dry sauna and a steam room, which I really enjoyed.

It is not specifically related to Fiesta Americana but to a lot of places in Mexico City. First, it’s very challenging to communicate with people, including the hotel staff. Also, not related to Fiesta - I don’t why but the city, which is located in a very Catholic country, is full of homosexuals of both sexes openly flaunting their sexual preferences. Makes one uncomfortable.

The location is good but it can be a bit noise. The service is excellent, specially at the restaurant. The food is also very good. The breakfast has a good variety and you can order food a la carte at no extra cost. Although, they only have one restaurant, the menu is good for a few days' stay.

Although the location is good, it is at a busy corner and it can be a bit loud depending on your floor level and room direction. There is no pool (all other similar hotels have).

The beds were amazingly comfortable! We had a park view room, which was nice and spacious. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and cheerful. The shower was lovely. We appreciated the included breakfast, which had a lot of options. And the location next to the park was convenient; we enjoyed using the bike share station around the corner.

The breakfast was exactly the same every day, no variety. And while the fruit selection inlcuded some tropical varieties, overall the breakfast lacked any local cuisine. Most of the activities and dining we did were in Roma and Condesa, rather than nearby.

Room service was great when we ordered it (twice). So hospitable - was able to accommodate our taxi request from the airport. We had our rooms cleaned 2x daily. Water pressure was great and always warm water. Beds were comfortable. The curtains definitely blacked out light when they were shut. They always had bottled waters for us. They also accommodated a late checkout for us. Location was fantastic near the park and other cool neighborhoods.

It was dry… we tried looking for a humidifier and did try requesting from the hotel but they were unable to fulfill this request.

Great location. Really comfortable bed and nice bathroom, amenities and shower. Food was fairly good. Staff especially Edgar in concierge and Omar, front office, were exceptional. Good wifi and beautiful view from my room overlooking the park.

Some minor missteps and ‘lost in translation’ issues but nothing insurmountable and were quickly addressed. The gym is very tiny if you’re looking for a gym go off property. The outside looks dated and old but inside is a different experience so don’t judge the place by the outside!

The people were nice many spoke English, which is good for me because I don’t speak Spanish. The whole hotel was clean. It was modern. I had a nice nice view. The restaurant was excellent as was the bar and the Jim had an incredible view.!

Couple things I didn’t like were I had to leave early and I could not get my money back for the days I wasn’t there. Other than that the only thing that I didn’t like was the shower opened inward instead of outward so you would get water all over the bathroom floor getting in and then the overhead showerhead I’m not necessarily a fan of have a showerhead that comes out of the wall just so I can Angle it how I like it

- Location and area - the small and clean gym - Edgar, the concierge, was amazing when I needed help getting my passport from a different hotel in another city. He worked really hard and was very smart in solving a tough problem with the other hotel. Edgar was super helpful and took care of everything quickly and smoothly. He knew exactly what to do and made sure I was happy with everything. I'm so thankful for his help and I would tell anyone who needs a great concierge to go to him. - David was also very accommodating in other topics. The rest of the staff also seem to be very focused and well trained to ensure good service
