The last four times I have visited CDMX, I have stayed at this hotel. I LOVE ITS LOCATION, it is quite clean, the terrace is amazing, and the rooms are super comfortable for short stays.

Previously, they provided magnetic cards that were super useful for accessing the building and the room, but on this last occasion, due to maintenance issues, they only gave me room keys. So, the only inconvenience I had this time was when I decided to go out for dinner; I arrived at 1:30 am and there was no one at the reception to let me in. I was knocking for 20 minutes, and a guest had to come down to open the door for me. Being alone in the street at that time honestly scared me a lot. I think the staff on duty fell asleep; it had never happened to me before, so it was a shame to have that experience. Aside from that, everything was fine.

The staff is very helpful, and the location is amazing for a business trip. The room is serviced daily, with fresh towels and bottled water provided. If you have any needs, the staff will do their best to assist you.

I was initially assigned to a windowless room. I requested a room with a window and fresh air, and fortunately, one was available. However, there was noise from nearby businesses early in the morning. Additionally, the internet connection was unreliable, air conditioning was absent (requiring a fan), and the TV channel selection was limited.

The location was amazing, the staff very nice, you have basically everything you need in the room, a few convenient stores and restaurants nearby if you don’t want to walk a lot or go to the center, amazing rooftop.

The walls are extremely thin, you can hear EVERYTHING, im talking everything that’s happening on the street and in the rooms nearby, so if you are a light sleeper, get some ear plugs. The bathroom have some stains on the floor and the shower head was disgusting. You have to tip the cleaning staff everyday, they leave an envelope on your nightstand. The hot water cuts off at 22:00 until 7:00.

Good location and looked secure.

It would be nice if you had in the room a safe or something similar. The bathroom was not that clean but was manageable. Besides that the location was good and the stuff was friendly.

The shower was THE BEST IN MEXICO, TONS OF HOT WATER which was great after many locations that had poor water pressure and volume which is to be expected. An awesome surprize. Nice design, clean, super helpful staff. Thank you Andres!

I think the owners own the tandoor restaurant next door... if they had a set up with chai, coffe and such ... WOWOW

The facility was very nice, clean and in a great location. Very safe location at that. Walking distance to every important place in Polanco. I was really surprised by the location.

I liked everything about the property.

- Great views from the balcony - Clean and tidy - Very polite and helpful staff

- The wifi was flaky and very slow, sometimes it would disconnect - The walls are thin and a bit noisy, especially when other people use the water and close the doors.

Very very very low internet speed did not allow for work TV unable to use due low speed internet No amenities such as a coffee maker, etc. No place to keep clothes (no closet or dresser)

Good price for a clean room, helpful staff even if most of the staff does not speak great English.

Too far from a supermarket.

Value for money. Small money but small room also. Excellent location near many excellent Asia restaurants. Good matrace.
