The location was very near the museums and in a street with many cafes, restaurants and next door to a wonderful patisserie. The breakfasts were very good with lots of variety and the coffee machine was available 24 hours with fresh milk during the day and coffeemate at night and a good variety of herbal teas. Also, I had not booked a taxi to the airport and nobody was at reception on the Sunday so I had to ring and organize it, in my limited Spanish on Sunday evening and they booked it with a safe company. I had problems with connecting my laptop and that was sorted out promptly as well. Also there is a lovely balcony and kitchen area with lots of seating where you can sit during the day.

There was a fan but it was hot during the day. I was there at the beginning of April and the nights were cool so, with the windows opened, it cooled down but it took a while. Also, if you did want to cook there was only crockery, not cutlery or cooking utensils and, although there was dishwashing liquid, there was no teatowel.

The location is amazing, in the heart of Polanco, it is quiet, but close to different restaurants and cafes. Really nice coffee at Blend Station nearby, Liverpool shopping center is close-by. We asked the reception to change the room from the one looking at the street to a quieter side. Perhaps, the street side could be a bit noisy. The room is huge, we didn't anticipate having that much space. The staff was really helpful and nice. . Didn't speak much English, but really willing to help. No problem with leaving your luggage before check-in or after check-out for a day. Cleaning every day and changing towels. Good breakfast with a variety of options: cereal, granola and yogurt, fruits, eggs, one changing item (pancakes / waffles / chilaquiles / salad), all good quality. Served on a terrace, looks really nice.

The beds are semi-comfortable and a bit short. I was alright, but it was really short for my friend (she's just 175cm). The matrass was wobbly, you could feel as the other person is turning, so we kept on waking up when either of us turned. The rooms have only double beds, so there was no escape from it. The doors to bathroom and toilet are made of glass, they are also inwards, so every time we'd try the wrong side or bang the door, when getting up in the middle of the night or early morning. There is good acoustics in that area as well, annoyingly. It was a bit hot and no a/c, so we constantly had windows open. The cleaning was every day, which is great, but every time they gave us only one set of hand and face towels, so we had to ask reception for a second set every time.

the location is the best and the breakfast included is good, consider that from July and on in Mexico City the weather is cool and rainy, and you don't need air conditioner, the location doesn't have air conditioner. In March, April, May and June hot weather is on, and this place does not have air conditioner. The place is quiet, and the neighborhood is safe.

Staff is amazing, from the gatekeeper to the front desk and cleaning staff everyone always has a smile on. Location is perfect and very safe and vivid area in Mexico city.

The floors and furniture were a bit dirty and considerable dust, the shower floods easily wetting the bathroom area, and there is noise coming from, street early morning.

The rooms are very large and nice with a balcony…the staff at the front desk are lovely people. The location was really good with lots of restaurants nearby..

I would suggest they add more utensils and glassware to the kitchenette area…

The location was great, next to everything we were looking for. Breakfast was great every morning. It was a great surprise. The chef, Hani Rodriguez was amazing and a great person to meet and greet every morning

The bed was a bit stiff, some noice due to a failing water heater system and one day not enough towels because the laundry service had not delivered the the day before.

"Close to You" location was very convenient to the park, ATMs, and restaurants. Staff were helpful and our room was modern, clean and quiet. It was easy to Uber everywhere. Breakfast was awesome!!! I like a strong breakfast and I found ample choice on the rooftop breakfast room. Coffee was most excellent and having a view to the outside made it a great way to start the day.

i was only there for a night, but it was a comfortable size apartment with a complete gym down the hall.

I flew into Mexico City at 1am, by the time I arrived to the hotel, there was no staff available to check-in. I called and called the phone number of the hotel and nobody picked up. Finally, after 30 min or so, the security guy was able to help me finally get into my room.

Everything was perfect, the room so comfortable, the hotel was located really close to the place I needed to go. Excellent Restaurantes, backeries, and good shopping centers around.

The only thing was how smell the bathroom even when it was very clean, I think it was the pipelines.

The staff were lovely! David was so helpful and no matter the time of day, would lend us a hand if he could. The lady who did the breakfast was also very friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean, and had everything you need.

The internet unfortunately was bad when we were there. We tried their conference room too and still the internet wasn't good enough to have a zoom call. They did say they were awaiting an engineer to come and look at it though, so this may be fixed by now!
