Modern design and spacious room, available gym and cinema studio, good location, included bar with water and few beverages (if not to count only 1 coffee capsule in double room for the entire stay).

Scarcity of food and unacceptably diluted coffee for breakfast. Our room was on the first floor facing the street- noisy and required earplugs to sleep, also because you can hear all the talking from the reception below.

The hotel/apartment was in a good location about 5-10 min walk from lots of shops and restaurants. Felt very safe in the area. Uber pickups very convenient. Modern decor and clean rooms, comfortable beds and good A/C.

It lacked some of the customer service you typically get with a hotel, which we may have signed up for in choosing “apartments”. So it depends on what you’re looking for. But FYI they do not provide fresh towels, make the bed, clean the room nor take the trash every day. I was told it was done for longer stays (>5 days). We also had to ask for toilet paper every time we ran out. They only have 3 irons so it took two days for us to get one after we requested it because they were all being used And they did not provide an ironing board.

Loved the location. AC worked great. Felt safe. Friendly staff.

The shower tiles have some black/mold in the base corners. Very little natural light without everyone else seeing you in the apartment. No dish towels, or sponge, or not even a drop of dish detergent to get started. There was a dirty used fork in the sink when I arrived (other dishes seemed to be clean). Others smoked in front of my apartment and I could smell it (2 out of 9 nights).

Location was amazing. The area was so cute and many places to eat and shop. Everything was clean. Very quiet. Never once heard people from other rooms or in the hallway.

TV ‘s seemed old. One wouldn’t play volume for the English channels and both wouldn’t connect to Netflix and you couldn’t mirror from an iPad. Also, never seems to have enough toilet paper.

Definitely the location was great in Polanco. It’s on the main avenue and at a walking distance from many nice restaurants and shops.

We have been offered a complimentary breakfast and it was very simple but fine. The problem was that it was very busy and they didn’t have enough cups, nor plates, nor cutlery. But it’s a detail that didn’t affect our stay.

Be Mate Apartments in Polanco was amazing. The place is nice and safe. The people at the reception desk and security were very friendly. This particular location is on a main street in Polanco which made it easy to walk to restaurants and bars and for doing some sightseeing. The building is locked at night which was nice in regard to safety. There is a guard who stays after hours. There were a few times we came back around 1:00 in the morning and the guard let us in. Our room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the music playing in the hallways which made the place feel lively. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would recommend Be Mate if staying in Polanco in Mexico City!

My girlfriend and I had food poisoning toward the end of our trip and we went through a lot of toilet paper. Apparently, there's a one roll of toilet paper per day rule, and when we requested more, we were initially denied toilet paper and they would delay bringing it to us even after explaining we were sick. We ultimately managed, but we had to give a lot of pushback as to why we needed more toilet paper.

Modern new building, clean and spacious rooms. Healthy, convenient breakfast served my a kind lady) Excellent location, many good restaurants around. Friendly and helpful and accommodating staff! Would highly recommend it to anyone.

This property was an excellent choice and value. Great location in the Polanco area near restaurants and shopping. The apt was as presented in the photos. A modern space with quality amenities. We happily used the complimentary L'Occitane bath products, the Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerated h2o/soda h2o and powerful Conair hair blow dryer. Our shower had a powerful rain dome with on demand hot water. The staff was very helpful with restaurant suggestions/other and always very courteous. A delicious complimentary continental breakfast was provided each day and was most appreciated.

The three flights of stairs to our room were grueling on the days we toured all day (beginning at 6:30A). Luckily, they are in the midst of installing elevators. We were grateful to their male staff who carried our luggage for us on arrival and departure. We look forward to a return date when we plan rebook at this wonderful property.

This was as advertised and expected. The staff were helpful and responsive when we had questions. Great location -felt safe, lots of restaurants and walkable. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was reasonable - cereal, coffee, tea, eggs, fruits, yogurt and granola.

There was no hot water in the first day that we were there. And The they did not put pillow case on your pillow.
