Excellent Resort. The Staff is really friendly, specially in the World Cafe and the Hideaway beach bar!! Really confortable, quiet and a great choice for those looking for a place to rest with quality!

I believe it might be a problem in most resorts in Punta Cana, but the noise coming from hallway was quite loud. We stayed in another resort that was even worse.

For an all inclusive resort you would think they would tell you what all that comes with, I was there for 3 nights and the 3 nights I was I was not told what facilities were available or what was going on. We were finding out the next day when the staff were telling us. It felt like I missed out on everything, and also for a Dominican resort you would think that embrace the culture and have Dominican food and music , but I felt like I was in U.S

The location was good. The beach was clean and vast.

There are 2 parts in this hotel, the newly constructed part(preferred club) which is far from the hotel core and the beach, and the old part in the middle of the fun that is not as clean as it should be. There are not lots of restaurant options and the food was just OK!

The resort is beautiful, enormous and feels very secure. The food selection is very good, with multiple restaurants on site as well as the World Cafe which is the main buffet place to eat. Staff are attentive and polite to all guests. Our room was very clean and maintained daily by house keeping who came by twice daily. Would recommend especially for couples and honeymooners (which was us) although we met multiple families with young children staying also and it was fine. The resort has a side that is slightly quieter called Preferred Club which you may prefer if you want less footfall.

Facility is well maintained. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Waiters at the pool side were my favorite. Always smiling and checking often to see if you need drinks. Of course, our tipping may have helped with their service. Food was good. Loved the casino and dance club shared with Secrets.

Check in was super slow. We were a party of 12 but the only ones checking in when we got there and they had 4 people working and it still took a long time. Check out was quick and easy.

We loved our stay! Ideal location, friendly and gracious locals! Our master suite was superb. Impeccable cleanliness, and room service surprised us with delicious breakfast and dinner. Beach is amazing. Jefry at the preferred guests' section made our experience unforgettable. Don't miss the coconut fish at the Sea Side Grill—absolutely amazing. Dinner in Portofino was great. Our butler Martin - very proffesional.

As regular guests (visiting Dreams & Secrets regularly), some disappointments: Preferred guest breakfast at Sea Side Grill could be improved; missed the opportunity for breakfast at Portofino as in our previous stay. We'd appreciate access to the French restaurant in Secrets for Master Suite guests. Rooms are super noisy. Fusion & Oceana have room for improvement - menu/overall look.

The Mexican Restaurant Tres Colores, The Seaside Grill, and the snack stand all had great food. Juan R, Feliz, Arismendy, and Cristal at the Interlude Bar were the highlight of the trip. What that says about us as travelers is neither hear nor there.

People hog the chairs sometimes, and the Seafood Restaurant was honestly underwhelming.

Breakfast was really good. You can watch the beach and the sea in the morning. There is allways nice breeze. They prepare eggs as you want them. Every wish is accepted.

Hotel shop is too small. Then you need to take taxi and go to mall to buy like cigarets or watershoes. Game room should be bigger and better.

Most of all the attention and attitude of the staff everywhere! All of them were so friendly, kind and helpful, always smiling for real (not just for show). At the restaurants and bars, the entertainment crew each day, the cleaning lady, all of them! The overall conditions of the hotel were really good, the best I´ve seen in the latest years. We never had to fight for beach recliners, this was really great, no early mornings to try and "reserve" a chair, etc.

I don´t have any complaints! Just maybe that additional things such as the spa, tours, etc. are too expensive, but maybe the prices were competitive for the industry in this country, I don´t know.

Our butler, Lucy was amazing. She was accessible, thoughtful and went out of her way to make sure all our needs were met. Luis at the preferred club pool never let our glass become empty and always was upbeat and personable. Giselle and Stephanie at the spa provided the best massages my wife and I have ever had.

Housekeeping was slow and did not do a thorough job of cleaning, changing towels, providing shampoo, kleenex, etc.
