Two big rooms with big beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice pool, 50 yards to the beach, close to restaurants, golf, and groceries, and a chair on the beach with a restaurant. Internet didn't work the first day and the technician came the next day I fixed it.

The property needs some lift work and maintenance. Wi-fi is weak, no kettle for tea. The beach in front of the property does not get cleaned of seaweed and garbage like the ones next to it. Since the boats cannot get to the beach next to this property, you get several boats all day right in front you each playing its own very loud. music. Loud music plus seaweed and garbage is no the idea of a nice stay in Punta Cana.

Location of property extreamly good. Very wide beach with powder white sand. There are umbrellas and beach chairs. The room I stayed in was in perfect condition, but the building is not new. All room staff worked properly. It is looks like the property is carying with love. The air conditioning worked great.

Nice setting, among all-inclusive resorts but still feels authentic and independent, given they offer direct access to the beach and restaurants nearby Staff were kind and helpful all the way.

The beach where it’s located is where all boats dock, meaning there is constant noise, traffic and pollution in the water. Also that the facilities need maintenance, they are in bad state. Worth mentioning that some works are in place, unclear if they will do all of them. It would be good value for money only if they switch to apart-hotel format. Finally, the beach is full of sargassum. I know it’s beyond reach of the hotel, but be aware it’s a chronic issue as they have deployed permanent signs about it.

We had such a wonderful stay! The front desk staff were absolutely lovely, kind, welcoming, and helpful every step of the way. Breakfast was delicious and really set the tone for our days. We absolutely loved our villa. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. From beginning to end, our interactions with the staff at the front desk made the experience truly special. Highly recommend!

The location was excellent! Right next to the beach the breakfast was good. The units were absolutely spotless. I would go here again.

The pool closes at 7 PM too early while it’s still daylight and there are absolutely no lounge chairs or a place to sit. breakfast is good but they need to make sure that breakfast is served hot.!

Very clean, very comfortable next to a great beach close to beach restaurants and bars. Close to other restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Great staff very friendly, very secure and safe.

I loved the room and it was close to the beach ....I traveled alot to many countries but I enjoyed this place .....thinking of returning within 3 months but prefer a microwave to make my stay comfortable.

I felt safe. It’s a cozy villa style on the beach, and there is a little store nearby to buy food and basic household items.

I loved everything and the staff were amazing and kind. However, for convenience sake it’s important to clarify that the amenities are very basic. There was no conditioner, toothpaste, can opener or a sponge to wash the dishes.

The hotel was very comfortable, my room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Definitely would recommend it to everyone else, when you travel with a budget or otherwise don't want to have an all-inclusive hotel.

Staff was kind and accommodating. I showed up early and they gave me a towel and got me a chair on the beach.

Booking.com mis information and false pricing for facility. I was quoted closer to 123.00. Total paid was 174.00. Way off! And very disappointed. No way of contacting anyone for assistance via phone and email. Bad experience.
