The front desk staff Claudio and co. all terrific. Jessie in the bar/breakfast is great--service with a smile/always. Everyone in house keeping is great. Sidney makes sure everything is perfect when you start your day--all chairs are aligned perfectly and everything is picked up (PLEASE pick up your bottles/garbage otherwise you're killing fish, polluting water and giving staff extra work). Kitchen is hit/miss depending is you have the lovely lady or the mean witch.... Thank you G.M./multitasker Carmen- if you need anything she'll go out of her way to help. Some reviews said place is loud but coming from a busy city this was one of the quietest places we've been--we did chose to be across from beach with 24hr attendant, rather than on the beach property ( no attendant/party music ). You decide what fits your vacation needs.

Pillows and Quality/variety of food--depending on who is in the kitchen or what mood they're in

The hotel was very close to beach- just had to cross a road and row of house across. The hotel has a cafe at the beach and sitting area there. Staff was not very good with English but they tried to help as much as they can. My mom’s is vegetarian, they didn’t have a lot of veggie options, but they let us heat our food in the kitchen

The rooms are not very fresh. Need sunlight to remove the damn smell that comes in whenever you come from outside, it is not unbearable but it is there. The tap in my bathroom broke at 3am and it woke me up. The hotel fixed it temporarily at night and then next day they fixed the tap. But it was a bit of nuisance

The white fine-sandy beach and the warm seawater 25°-ish extending over 15 km to the East and the West of the hotel The green coast beach hotel is the ONLY hotel on the North Coast of Punta Cana offering breakfast on the beach at 10m from the sea waves. The kitchen and bar on the beach are offering food and drinks from 8am until 8:30pm .

With the notable exceptions of M. Francesco (first 3 days) and one young lady (last 3 days) the staff does not speak English at all The bed had 2 major defaults: the double mattress moves as one piece, the wooden bed base is cracked at one angle making noise at every move. The TV did not function at all

The organisation of the place - although they are in the middle of renovating it all. Initially on arrival they said they didn't have our 2 bed apartment and said we could go to their other hotel away from the beach however saying that wasn't exceptable they did have a 2 bed apartment available in the end. The apartment spacious but no coffee/ tea facilities. Beach bar worked well and pretty helpful, sun loungers a few - some where broken and not enough for the amount of guests. On the whole a fairly good stay but everything seemed to be in a muddle - even Carribbean style.Staff generally good. Maybe when they have finished all the renovations it will be a lovely place to stay.

A more local hotel (not a resort) along a small stretch of beautiful beach with a few local restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel was comfortable and clean with free breakfast and good coffee on the beach. The cocktails were also good.

The bathroom was a bit cramped and the hot water stopped working, which is ok when you are sunburned. The tv didnt work which was also ok because we werent there to watch tv. The small stretch of beach the hotel and its bar/restaurant was on (maybe 1/2km) was great but the resorts and condos on either side were like being in florida with wristbands and exclusive areas - which is why we dont go to florida for our beach vacations.

Very cool, basic hotel just 50m from the beach. A small passage just opposite the alley leads to a cozy beach bar serving great food and drinks, as well as breakfast. There are lounge chairs too, and the ocean is right in front of you. On the bar's roof top you can relax while having a massage. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I had an excellent stay at the Green Coast Beach Hotel in Punta Cana.

Great location with direct access to the beach, There is parking and very good Wi-Fi, you can work from your room if necessary

The hotel is located on a small street where there are a couple of restaurants right on the beach, there is nothing to do there in the evening. It is difficult to get to the center, you need to take a motorcycle taxi or Uber. Absolutely all the locals pester you, it is very annoying.

This is not a huge beach club or resort, it's a cute little hotel with all basic comfort on the backside of a nice and positive vibes little beach bar. The great location and friendly staff are the things I enjoyed the most. It's quiet and still one step from the beach, bars and restaurants Breakfast was also good and they made a vegetarian option as well. They also have a parking lot.

I stayed in the hut on the backside of the hotel, which I enjoyed a lot as it reminded me of the typical coloured houses in DR. It's spacious for one or two people, with TV, airco and all the essential basics. When I arrived the cleaning was not at its best (however the second day it was better done). But the issue was with the bedclothes which were broken and dirty. Also one window has a defect and couldn't be properly closed. You'll need good anti-mosquitoes ! However, overall I enjoyed my stay thanks to the staff and location!

The short walk to the beach and the Mojito Bar were amazing. We also stayed at a all inclusive and would have rather stayed at the Green coast hotel. there was not as many people, and service was great. Francisco treated the hotel as if he owned it. He is a excellent asset to the hotel. I hope the owners realize his efforts to customer satisfaction and comfort.

Beds could have been more comortable. Having a few fruit options on the menu would have been nice to have. These were the only issues.

Location was great, right on the beach with several restaurants and shops near by. The staff was fantastic both in the hotel and the restaurant. Mojitos made fantastic mojitos and the ceviche was really good. The free breakfast was good and had many interesting options. I would definitely stay there again.

The bed wasn’t a king but I knew that going in.
