Staff were all amazing. Breakfast was good as was lunch at D’Bay Grill. Dinner was generally ok but you had to get there early before some of the food ran out. The pool setting was beautiful and well maintained. They could do with some new sun bed’s! WiFi was intermittent.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable but are rather tired and could do with a freshen up. Cleaning was also a bit hit and miss, some days much better than others. Each room has a private patio or balcony with a Seaview, absolutely lovely.

I loved everything about this hotel. We all slept like babies and the food was wonderful. Staff was wonderful. Anton did a wonderful job helping us with our bags to our rooms. That was hard work since there was no elevators, and he had to go up and down the stairs to carry all bags. I hope you all pass on my compliments to Anton's supervisor about his hard work, and will get rewarded for that. We will definitely return.

Paid for all inclusive package. Dinner, breakfast and lunch were all very good. Tasty and filling, I was quite satisfied - the meals had true Trinbagonian / caribbean taste. Pool and hotel facilities were excellent, my son enjoyed playing all day long and he ha d a blast. Beach and facilities were well kept and clean. Some facilities were closed but understandable being that we're only now coming out of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Staff were all very friendly and courteous, even down to the maintenance personnel who greeted us with Good Morning's. Room was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay. Definitely would recommend to anyone to stay at Starfish Tobago. Affordable and good value.

Parking could have been a little more spacious and better lit. No one to greet us at the front door to the lobby, just a lone security guard who was logging visitors. (TIP: Reception counter is to the right when you climb the steps at the front door after dropping off at the front. ) Hotel was a bit far from local supermarkets / groceries (more than 30 mins walking distance) and hiring taxis can be pricey, I'd recommend renting a car if you're going to stay more than a couple days (rates for rental cars are similar to rates in the US / Canada) esp. if you want to go exploring Tobago with your family - unless you want the whole guided tour package.

Members of staff were friendly and helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. Meals were delicious and plentiful. It was a nice touch to include board games in the coffee area.

The rooms were small and felt congested. Not enough plugs. There was only 1 double 110w plug in the room that we stayed in, and one was used for the mini fridge. Lighting in the rooms were poor.

Breakfast was good, plenty of choices to suit different people. The lady that cooked the eggs at breakfast was amazing, unfortunately I have forgotten her name. Daniel was helpful and Shurla was always welcoming and helpful.

The staff was friendly, the main areas like the pool, lobby and restaurant was clean and comfortable. I asked for specifics when I booked and was very happy I got exactly what I wanted . 😊

The room was comfortable but some upgrades is definitely needed.

The breakfast was awesome, great pool, beach facilities, great sea view from room, great room service, cleanliness, quiet and friendly ambiance, great location, free and freshly picked coconuts on Fridays...

Unfenced open carpark

Meals were great but both breakfast and dinner could have gone a little later than they did - we often felt a little rushed. Entertainment was also good - the steel drum entertainer was amazing - but the entertainment also could have run a little later than it did.

There was a little bit of confusion with the fact we had an additional family member staying with us for two of the nights we were there - even though we had let the hotel know ahead of time that this would be happening.

The staff was lovely.

The fact that basic necessity as water was only available via a water cooler, so I had to go downstairs to stand by the bar and drink cup after cup of water. I didn't get in the fridge, so I had to purchase bottled water to keep in my room. And there was little music available for the guest while in the pool, we begged for it but was totally ignored. I took an upgrade in room but was disappointed because the room was too small. It was not appealing.

The breakfast spread was amazing and the welcome rum punch was out of this world! The state are warm and friendly and were quick to resolve any issues.

The property is very long, so there's a lot of walking involved. Also if you have limited mobility the upstairs rooms are an ask, as the stairs are quite steep. Wifi isn't available in the rooms only on the lobby.
