Our room was lovely- huge, with a pool view. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing- so much choice and everything fresh and tasty. There was nothing not to like about the actual hotel- it's beautiful.

The whole of Vung Tau's beach front is being renovated so the beach is boarded off- this ruined the experience for us- not the hotel's fault but to be aware of before travelling. Vung Tau is also very very quiet during the week- very few bars and restaurants open around the hotel.

This is our third stay at The Imperial and we have been very happy each time. All the staff were fantastic from front door, reception, breakfast, cleaners and beach staff. The room is large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast selection is extensive and good quality. The beach staff - Me The and Mr Khuong were so welcoming making sure our time on the beach was relaxing.

Limited cafe options within 500 metres of the hotel. Only supply refill of 2 small bottles of water each day to the room. Complimentary drinks in fridge only supplied on day 1. We were able to go to the kitchen to refill the water bottles.

Great building, decor, very friendly staff, good restaurant (breakfast/dinner) great pool, access to beach. Room was nice. Good location.

Tennis court is now a pickleball court, but wasn't open to guests. Which was disappointing because this is one of the reasons I booked here. They gym is a bit dated, some equipment doesn't work (exercycle). There was a lot of construction on the beach, but it's probably not the hotel's fault, and is probably temporary. Refrigerator in the room was very loud.

we totally enjoyed our stay and even booked an extra night. we spoke to the director of operations’Michael Barker’ who was an amazing man, we will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful resort. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

the wardrobe and mirrors were very high. It was a bit challenging for shorter people. The shower for the disabled room could do with a shower screen/curtain.

The Imperial Hotel never fails to impress. We've stayed at the hotel several times before and our stay this time didn't disappoint. The new garden bar with its cool tunes and impressive drink options is a fantastic addition to an already exceptional hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the time we left. Surely the hotel that all others in Vung Tau (and beyond) must measure themselves against. Already looking forward to our next visit!!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike or complain about.

We loved everything about the Imperial Hotel. We were in a room with a seaview which was incredible. Right across the road over the bridge was the beach with the excellent La Sirena restaurant which served a variety of affordable dishes and had wonderful staff. The beach is amazing. The swimming pool and all pool amenities were also amazing. In the hotel itself the breakfast buffet had everything for every taste and is truly an incredible feast in the morning. And the staff serving are so helpful and friendly. Must also mention the kind and helpful reception staff who looked after us and answered any questions we had. Also the housekeepers who looked after our room and had it looking Immaculate every day. We spent a week relaxing at the Imperial Hotel and it was truly a magical experience and we hope to return again later in the year. If I had one improvement to suggest is perhaps the presence of an ATM in the hotel itself.

I have stayed at this Hotel several times, including booking through Booking.com. I find the service of the hotel this time has been much better, especially the staff and management system, we are no longer asked many questions when going to breakfast, going to the beach.

One thing is that on Saturday evening the beach area has a wedding party, on Saturday the pool area is still active but there are many people doing decoration for the wedding party, so it is limited not to be completely free of the pool area, and can only swim until 15:00, although the beach area is still operating normally. But I see many customers checking in on Saturday were not happy about this. The hotel had a letter of sympathy sent to the room on Saturday morning, but it is reasonable for the hotel to immediately notify customers when booking.
